It's not the best but they are short staffed like every other place and they do their best with what they have. People just need to chill out! I saw someone infront of me order then leave before paying and getting their food. I had to be the one to tell the workers the car took off. RUDE! They some rude jerk behind me was cussing at me because they didn't have the drinks I wanted so I had to find something else for us. Then he took off yelling at me.
This review is based on my last approximately 10 visits. I have placed orders online as well as in the drive thru. When I order in the drive thru, service is poor. Poor attitudes by the employees and extremely slow service. I have never been to a slower burger king. I just spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru for a single item. Same for the car in front of me. When a large order is placed, there is processes available to handle this. Train your employees on these processes. When I place orders online to avoid this problem, including giving 15 minute lead time to be sure the food is done when I arrive, every single time the food is not ready. The employees do not monitor the online order system and then I have to wait in the lobby. Finally, when products are not available (and of course not updated online), I am met with zero empathy or apologies. I am simply told the item is unavailable. Train your employees on customer service.
They have a 2 lane drive thru. One car was ahead of me at the window. I waited 10 minutes only for a person in the other drive thru to pull right up and get his order taken before mine. My big fish meal was cold and tasted old. I wanted to take it back but I had to be at work.
They gave one worker with a speech impediment that is awesome and very friendly. I usually go here on my lunch break and I work seconds so that's at about 9:30. Every other worker though takes forever to do anything. I swear I sat there for 20 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break when I was the only person in drive-thru it was crazy and the food wasn't even that great. The only thing that saved this place is that one worker.
Should have read the reviews before coming here. My fries were not fresh. They just switched to lunch and I expected fresh fries. And they were not fill to the top. It’s almost like I got a medium instead of a large. Should’ve went to the first place I picked, Arbys. But I wanted to save a little money..
Happy exited drive thru person which was super friendly and even gave me a crown and said that I ruled. Would recommend and am happy to visit this establishment again in the near future!
Really enjoy taking my children here. Staff is wonderful. Beats any Peoria or East Peoria Burger King by leaps and bounds.
Pretty good experience. Fries were fresh and hot, whopper could've been a bit warmer and more than a couple shreds of lettuce on it. One of the better burger kings in my area.
