Lobby is never open and your order is messed up in the drive thru. They locked the doors so you have to get back in line to go fix the order and then all the other food is cold. Welcome to Morganton Burger King.
We had to wait in line at the drive thru for a very very long time, finally got our food and they didn't put one of my burgers in the bag so I had to call them because I had already left the window and you can't get in the store and they told me to pull back around to the window but when I realized the drive-thru was full of cars again I called them back and ask them if they could bring it to me and they said no it was against policy so ask if could at least bring it to the door and they said no so I had to wait in line again and the food was cold to start with so by the time I got to eat it it was so cold and dry and nasty couldn't even eat it complete waste of money
Has to wait forever to order only one person working register. Long line of people waiting. When food finally came out had to send back not what I ordered Got another sandwich still not made the way I ordered meat was cold cheese not melted at all due to being cold. Manager said the warming holder they put meat in to keep warm must be broken. Ya think???? Heard more people complaining food cold. I thought they fixed fresh especially with as long og wait. Oh yeah an employee came in line ordered her food when ready the only cashier left taking orders with line of people to take her food to her. She could hve stood in line and got it herself.... NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. WORST SERVICE EVER. Need to train employees better!
Fries large and medium had the same amount of fries my double whopper had 1 patty. We drove 10 min and 10 back with gas prices so high you can at least get an order right shame on you for your pitiful fry sizes. Order #206196 . Corporation like burger king make millions their advertisements never match their food but you employees at burger king should take a little more care in serving the food. Why? Cause your poor working there and we are poor who eat there so we we should stick together! You serve us good portions and get our orders right! I try to leave a cash tip when I get food from you! More people should leave a tip at the drive through to make burger king employees a little happier! Btw the same goes for mc Donald's and co. Pay your employees a decent wage and im sure our food orders wont be messed up every-time!
Staff could be more chipper. Like they are glad they have a job and not that it's fast food. Good Attitude keeps a happy customer. Poor attitude, well. You get my meaning.
Wish I could give one star this is a horrible place to work managers john and melissa are the worst I've ever had promised me forty hours a week and then I only get about 8 really??? They also held my first paycheck and I called to ask what happened and john lied and said my check wasn't held back. Most disrespectful job I've ever had in my life. Also wouldn't recommend the food they prep bacon without gloves and the gm and rm will unwrap sandwiches without wearing gloves better hope yall don't get a health inspection
It's a typical Burger King. While like most it needs table cleanings, this was due to staff recovering their food area and chit chatting. Still clean. Small lobby. I'd go back.
I don't go out to eat when I do I would like sometimes to have a whopper but I'm finding that can be very very expensive for a fast food I'm a senior and I should get a discount too but they don't do that their food is not like it used to be so I will not be going back
