I sat at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes and there was NOBODY ahead of me. It's like this every time I'm here.. the food is usually good but the service here is slower than a sit down burger joint.. I left and went to taco bell down the street. There were six cars in line ahead of me, and I got through and out of there with my food and under 15 minutes. Moral of the story is go to Taco Bell instead.

Well we've been in the parking lot waiting for our order that we paid for, or at least we paid for an order, not sure it was ours. Then they got our drinks wrong. The food was either under cooked, or over cooked. Then the sauces we requested weren't in the bag. Needless to say we threw out $30 of food. Stay away. Far away.

It was literally 2 in the afternoon and only one car was infront of me. They made me wait 5 minutes before I could order, the. Another 7 at the window after paying them i was asked to pull forward. I asked how long it would be and they said another 6 minutes. When i pulled around, the car infront of me was STILL waiting for their food. Their order was $26 so they didn’t even order much. Get your staff properly trained to handle a “rush” of 3 total cars.

Well where do I begin. First of all we pull through the drive and order our food. Get told to pull around the side and our food will be right with us. Next thing you know 15 mins and 4 cars later we still did not get our food. I ask the gentleman with the earpiece on and the guy starts cursing and ask

Went through drive up today before 10:30 am, went to get a breakfast sandwich, by the time we got to order our food,they changed their menu board in front of us and we were told that they were out of eggs , so I ordered 2 whopper juniors and when I got home to eat them, I had sausage patties instead of hamburger, This is such poor quality and service, Burger King has lost my business for good, your service and quality of food is in the toilet, not safe to eat your food anymore !!!!!!! Last time for me and my family. I will tell everyone I know to not eat at Burger King!!!!!

I do doordash. On Monday 6/26 I attempted to do an order from here at 6pm at night. After sitting at the speaker at the drive thru for a bit I was informed that there was only one person working, and they wouldn’t be open until 6:30pm. There was absolutely no signs up at all that the lobby was closed (like it normally is), or that they would be open for such limited hours that day.

There is a young lady with red braids that served me around 11 today and she was veing verbally assaulted by several 30+ year old children. Not only did she maintain her composure and remained professional but she was still courteous to the inconsiderate customers. This young lady needs to be offered a manager positon and a raise now!!!! And more people need to be on this shift its extremely unfair that her and one or 2 other people are left to run it alone and she was the only one running drive thru and front registers. Absolutely amazing service from her. Im thoroughly impressed at how maturely she handled that situation

Went here for the chesse burger day offer walked up to the door locked unstaffed which I understand walked up to the drive thru window and the lady was extremely rude and threw my food at me do not recommend coming here if your wanting Burger King I suggest going to any other location I’ve worked fast food since I was 16 and this was extremely disappointing customer service in my experience and the management is absolutely garbage
