This place looks like abandoned. 2 People inside but other one playing with phone all time. Wait time is horrible. Hamburger dry, absolutely no taste of Burger King. Fry not fresh, like dish sponge.
We make it a point to say that we have tried all the burger kings from Edgewater to south Jersey and this place is THE BEST. We only eat whoppers medium meal with coke and recently I even added the chicken fries to our weekly, usual meals because they are NOT salty and absolutely perfect with the honey mustard sauce. The fries are THE BEST, small and crispy for short ones, long and meaty for the long ones. Coke mix is good, they give lots of ketchup and honey mustard. Really, makes my week to eat and to know the taste is fresh, the same, and gets even better every time. Absolutely DIVINE!
Little slower service had to wait this morning for over 15 minutes for a take out order. Only had 2 people working a manager and someone making the food. Had alot of people waiting and drive in was a mess to. Was at the place 7:30 am have alot of warehouses around the place. People need to get to work by 8. Alot of people will be late this morning because of this place. Went this morning 2/3/2022 for my regular order. Same manager working as the other time. This time had more help didn't wait as long as the other time. But I did get screwed didn't check my order until I got home. I was short one sandwich. The sandwich was all ready counted for with the company. So a worker gets a free breakfast or they can resell it. Plus they didn't give me a receipt with the survey information. So check your order below you leave. This store needs more customers training. Went today June 3 2023 ordered a large amount of breakfast sandwiches. They were made fresh and was fast friendly service.
Horrible serve they all stare at you instead of asking for help. They also grab old chicken (original sandwich) and fries and thew them in the oil for about 30 seconds and then bagged it up for me. Just honestly very lazy.
Slowest B.K. i have ever been to.....takes forever to get your food and when you do, it's cold!....go figure.
Great improvement over the rude employees of the past. I see a huge transition with a new young lady taking orders inside. She is well spoken respectful, polite and efficient taking and filling orders. I stopped going to this particular burger king for 3 years because the man taking orders at the time was very rude, abrupt and limited speaking English. They still have work to do regarding politeness for some of the other workers including managers.
Very few items on their value menu. And their value drink was very small.
