I come here on occasion thanks to their app. They offer pretty good deals and are generally quick with making orders. Accuracy has gotten much better, which is very nice. The dining area is always clean when I go in.

The food is consistent and within the range of what I enjoy. I'm a fan of the Impossible Whopper, and BK is one of the few places where I go meatless. They capitalized on the pandemic to purge their menu and, in my opinion, a lot of their better choices were casualties. The service is hit-and-miss and almost nobody at the store level has any idea how to navigate the app.

This last time, at the drive-thru, the service was pretty bad. Maybe a rookie employee (but it wasn't a kid), but he didn't ask what sized meal, didn't ask what beverage (just defaulted to a coke), and didn't ask or say anything about dipping sauces for the chicken things.

Different place same restaurant mentality of staff...terrible...so I will recommending to close this location also. Very offensive staff and erroneous receipt with criminal Offense obvious towards accounting vs inventory of sales records... that all receipts keep record of so the customer shall have a correct receipt showing purchase and the correct currency to pay. Staff shall not modify order, charge less or give promotional meals nonmenued, unless told to customer first. This is a sign of faulty service. I received over cooked nuggets that doesn't look of Burger King and nasty fries with a whooper. I only ordered a whooper combo at regular price. I got a less price and nuggets. I said only whopper combo for higher cost. The cashier stated a special today. Never fails unsatisfied. I do not replace quality for less. Total $6 and change, used $10 to pay so $3 and change is mine. Receipt says $20 paid & $13 and change due to customer but cashier gave me $3 and some change as if I only paid with $10. From this perspective it's a tactic towards my complexion of Nationality the staff...Spanish speaking...think they know and is against...I'm with brown complexion because I am without housing being outside mainly but I am United States of America Indian in which only my eyes area and hands is seen with a mask and hood over my head. This is cliche old from Spanish speaking occurring often. If I return the food in which I dined in and say I paid what the receipt says then that's a problem. They believe my complexion has a complex of ignorance to not be thiefish and lie, lack of knowledge to know about cameras and is not educated to add or subtract from a receipt. So I report to Corporate and another City. I stopped eating at Burger King over 3 years ago but this first visit and in another City I said I will see and try that location. I don't want to show the receipt but at any business calculate your purchase estimate then look at the cash register before paying and always discuss a difference or transaction.

Worst customer service from staff to management. They clearly don’t know what they are doing.

Good service at this location, never too busy, and always kept clean by workers. Never had a bad burger here.

This place appears to be closed at 8pm on a Monday evening, even though business hour shows closing at 10. Eight of us visited here to have some desserts shakes and coffee. When we open the door they were busy cleaning the place like end of the night but they said that they are open. We ordered some shakes but we were told that they are cleaning the softserve machine and it is shut down for the evening. We ordered coffee and was told that they don't have any. So I asked if they can brew some and they did. We asked to use the bathroom and we were told that the restroom was cleaned and is closed for the night. The restroom and the hall way lights were turned off from the circuit braker. I asked again what they meant by closed for the evening. They told us that once they clean the restroom it will not open till the next day. I had to tell them that is agaist the health law and finally they let us used the bathroom. I had to ask them to turn on the lights. Wow! is this for real? Who owns this place? I even call the corporate and they tell me that that is a confidential information and they can't tell me. I would like to let the franchisee know what's goin on with their store. The whole time that we were there drinking coffee and tea, they were mopping the floor with some very storng chemicals so we couldn't stay.

Had to reorder my fries twice. No salt doesn't mean pit salted fries back in fryer.
