So.... last time we went here my friend got sick. . Didnt want to believe it was the food at Burger King, thats a big Brand . Went today and stopped my girlfriend at second bite cause of all the mold on the bottom of the bread. ... Someone needs to get in this store and clean house.. they are damaging the brand
Sometimes the wait is about 10 minutes but the food is always hot and they employees are pretty nice. Unlike other places in the area they always get my order right. The playground is amazing and always clean. I love taking the kids to eat here
Sat in line for nearly 30 minutes. Didn’t repeat the order back to me. First window I asked for it to be repeated she said she couldn’t. She didn’t take my payment. The last window I asked again and she couldn’t. Made me read the receipt on the bag of food that wasn’t right. She said she would get the manager and didn’t. Then told me nothing she could do I would have to go around in line again to order food again that they messed up. I’m disappointed. I used to think highly of this location. Need better training and management.
The service is pretty good. The line for the drive thru seems to flow smoothly. However, the times that I have been there in the past and today, I always have to check my order to make sure it's customized the way I order it. The order is taken correctly but when I get the order it's not right. The quality of the food, and temperature has decreased as well.
The food is always fine. The sweet girl that takes your order and checks you out at the 1st window is always cheerful and pleasant. However, that is often overshadowed by the staff member at the second window that gives you your order. She often has a bad attitude. Barely speaks or acknowledges you. Won't even look at you. It's almost like you are bothering her for being there. It just really makes you not want to come back.
Absolutely the worst environment I've experienced. Unclean, dirty and nasty drink area. Floor filthy, no one has cleaned or wiped down drink bar . Usually not quite this bad but I had debated whether to even eat the food I got because if that is viewable to public and they don't care then it worries me about what I can't see behind the counter. I'm not one to complain but ....this is not acceptable for no body. I guess they need health inspection again.
We love this burger king and it's a great place to let the kids play, grab lunch and just relax. They are usually open late as well, which is nice after church.
I've never been big on Burger King but I got a chicken sandwich, and I only had 2 bites and it just didn't taste right. I might have had a different experience if I had ordered a burger.
