This place is excellent. "Happy" took my order and she is aptly named. She is fast, courteous and downright kind. Any business would be lucky to land an employee such as she.
I really don’t do reviews, but at 10:33 this location in Michigan Center had a van blocking the driveway to the intercom with a man sitting in the sliding door smoking a cigarette. I asked if they were close. He said they were. I didn’t see any uniformed employees, but I did see two other vehicles come and go. Appeared to be customers like myself. I’m not sure what the deal is but I was really looking forward to some chicken. The Internet says they close at 11 PM..
Look at this delicious whopper of mayo and pickle, after waiting 15 minutes in line this is what i open up when i get home 20 minutes away. Good job.
First off, the commercials are annoying. There's that. It doesn't make me want BK. It annoys me. Second, I did come here a couple weeks ago by chance and the window was advertising a meal deal. Order attendant had no idea what I was talking about. Okay. So I ordered the two for $5 on the menu. He said they don't have it when it's literally right Infront of my face on the menu board. Then, I finally ordered a single whopper, two whopper juniors and that was it. Just those. Over $12 for just those. Absolutely ridiculous. Two small slider like sandwiches and a lacky whopper with barely any toppings. Drive thru attendant was rude when taking the order with his attitude and didn't know the menu and he works there. Your food is ridiculously overpriced, gross, commercials are annoying and I will never return. BK is closing over 400 locations and this is why.
I use the drive through several times and the person on the intercom was wonderful, kind, and cheerful had my order correct they have a smile on there faces which is a big factor 😀 😄 thank you....
Normally we have no issues. This time the burger was so overdone I couldn't even finish it.
I love the staff, doesn't matter what day I of the week I'm there, drive through or dine in. The staff are always professional, kind and courteous. Never a long wait and my order is always right. David Walker has done an outstanding job with staffing this location.
The are doing a great job processing orders during these difficult staffing times. The lobby and dining area are well taken care of and kept up. Dining in is a good experience at this location.
