So I ordered 4 Royal Crispy Chicken Classic Wraps for us and to my surprise...no chicken!! There was a cm piece of chicken in one wrap. I called the location 3x no answer. I want my money back. I stopped there on the way home. Too far to go back. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Oh and best part was I had to wait 15mins for the food which they said they were cooking the chicken fresh. Yeah right!!! Liars and thieves!

I’m astonished and downright disappointed after my recent visit to our towns Burger King in Melvindale on Oakwood and Allen. What I witnessed was a complete dismissal of the basic standards you typically associate with the Burger King brand. The employees lacked the most fundamental courtesy and professionalism. To be blunt, it felt as though I had walked into a dystopian nightmare occupied solely by drug riddled, empty shells. The inability to manage a simple order without stumbling over their tasks was, frankly, unsettling. The order taker seemed to demonstrate a clear disinterest in their role, and the levels of negligence and inaccuracy were nothing short of shocking. Fulfilling a simple burger request seemed an arduous task for them. I don't know whether it's lack of training or sheer apathy, but the proficiency was notably missing. Did I mention that there seemed to be intoxication on their part as well? This is not a joke, nor a baseless accusation. The signs were clear, from the staggering around to the nodding off. It’s not just disturbing; it’s downright dangerous. Heroin has it's hooks in the employees here. Honestly, this experience has been a slap in the face; nowhere near to what one would expect from a brand like Burger King which is struggling to remain relevant. The management needs to buckle down, cleanse the current mess, and ensure such ludicrous practices are eliminated from their routine. Let this be a wakeup call and an opportunity to rectify the situation. Get your act together, Burger King. We, as customers, deserve better. The food was great though. Kick the heroin, keep the food.

Disgusting place. Disgusting food. Horrible customer service. I ordered food through the window and I see a worker at the first window digging his nose. Come to find out I go home and I open my whopper and there’s a blood drop on the bun. I wasn’t surprise honestly. But don’t ever come to this Burger King.

The manager at this location was very mean and speaks loudly to customers as if she was upset about something. I came in to pick up some breakfast and it took her over a minute to say “hello.” People can have a bad day, but when it comes to service, they need to remain professional at all times.

If there is lower than 1 * I would gave it less. I go there often because it's close to my work and I usually order the veggie burger I have always concerns about the staff cleanliness and their appearance and their clothes always dirty. I went there on Friday to order a veggie burger meal the lady at the window told me to wait for a little so the veggie burger get ready I waited for almost 15 minutes and nobody came. I went inside and happened to be the manager standing up front and I told her I have been told to waiting for my order but nobody came, so she went and grabbed it put it in the bag and give it to me without saying a ward....... So I told her if I didn't come in I will be still waiting outside something wrong happened in you process ? she didn't even look at me, turned her back totally ignoreing me.... another employee was standing there and she came to me and she said I am sorry about this. Her sorry was to end the conversation. In my book the Manger was rude and very unprofessional for a franchise place like that to hire such a rude person, with dirty shirt as well. It got better I went to work and I opened my burger and I found the bones are burnt out. Look at the photos I was really upset. even if I would to call knowing that kind of manager within staff, I am not going anywhere. I think I should be calling the Burger King corporate just to let them know. if that is how they deal with the customer definitely the kitchen inside have funny things too. I don't recommend this to anybody.

Helllo... My grandfather goes to this Burger King every morning like clockworks for the same lot of time for the same order for the same things made the same way but. A month and a 1/2 ago he Split on ice due to them not laying out salt as they should have knowing they have seen your citizens that walked to this Burger King are walking to. This Burger King due to their Irresponsiblnes My grandfather has 4 cracked ribs and this is not the 1st time he is fell or slid on the property due to them not following proper guidelines!!! Not only that but if you're not these singers citizens that go on their daily they're very friendly rude. Their food is disgusting fast majority of the time not made correctly tastes nasty Most staff is extremely rude!!!!! Free coffee isn't wroth his life all because your to lazy to due your job You're not even busy in the morning? There was no reason why you shouldn't be laying out salt. Or putting a cone in a hole that should have been already fixed before anybody felt inside it or over it or on it..

I don't really understand why, but regardless of how busy it is at this location, the blonde woman working the drive thru will always be having a melt down. Incredibly rude, she is never polite or courteous.

Today I went through drive thru to get a large Vernors, med hash browns, and large coffee 8 cream 8 sugar. First at the speaker I was not greeted, lady said go ahead with order.( I expected to hear good morning since was 6am) I repeated order and not given total til I was at window. She was not that polite, she took money and than no receipt given with change. She damn near threw the Vernors at me and handed me napkins to wipe sides of cup off. She than went to touching food without washing hands. She comes to window and says cream or sugar for coffee. I said yes lots in. She hands me bag with hash browns and 3 sugars and 2 cream. I ask for more since I asked for to be inside. She hands coffee to me and goes to grab more sugar/cream put it in bag and pushes it out window with attitude. I can't believe the service. I tried calling because the Vernors tasted nasty and hash browns were luke warm temperature not hot. Coffee tasted nasty as well. Called ,No answer I could not leave work otherwise I would brought all back. Not a happy customer at all poor service nasty drinks and food
