Slow service. Atmosphere unimpressive but my order was correct and the food was good. Need to put salt on the fries. Also need to list all the foods you sale if you want a comment on them. For instance, the fish sandwich is excellent but it's not listed for comment or a recommendation.

Given 1 wrong item out of the 5 I order and all 3 of my wraps looked like burritos and sauce all over the out side and just a mess. Asked for extra pickles got zero. Asked for Swiss cheese got American. Still ate my food I payed for it. The young lady that took my order was like a squirrel every time any noise was made or some one talk she lost focus on me and started listening and watching somthing else I had to repeat my order 6 times for her to get all of it. She had zero attention span. Im very disappointed in this location. The coke machine in the lobby was leaking or defrosting all over the floor. Creating a puddle wet area of 8x5 feet. Main entrance was locked but the door at the front of the building was open go figure. While waiting for my food 10ish min I saw massive cobwebs in the corners of the windows in side the lobby. Looks like the place had a remodel but also just seems like wasted effort and money. I will not stop here again.

This store is extremely hit or miss. If you catch it where there is no one in the drive through and no one inside the store (ie-you're the only one), the food is good and relatively prompt. HOWEVER, (and this is about 95% of the time), if there is any additional customer, you will wait and wait and wait and wait and the order is often wrong. Went there yesterday with my daughter and saw the drive through line. I immediately decide to go inside and order. We wait and wait and wait and never are acknowledged while a person IS RIGHT THERE with her back to us! In fact, an elderly gentleman who ordered 2 whopper jr.s, saw his food in the stainless tray was jumping and waiving his hands up and down to get some attention. Poor guy just wanted his food. He eventually got this lady's attention by jumping even higher, told the lady who would not ever look towards the front of the store that he just wants those 2 whopper jr.'s that have been sitting there in the in metal tray for some time. She gave him the whoppers and turned around so she could continue to ignore my daughter and I. This store doesn't care or there is something VERY wrong with management or they may be having equipment issues, but either way, it's become harder and harder for me to think about the last time I've had a pleasant experience at a Burger King. I'm serious. I'm 45 and I think the last time I was ok with BK was maybe 20 years ago? I try to retry them, but they don't give a darn, unfortunately. You will need to pay the workers more money so that there is some kind of talent competition. Otherwise, there is no incentive to be better.

I went through the drive thru and I was the only car. I was waiting for my order for about 5 minutes. The manager then comes to the window and asks me to move my car. There was no one behind me so I asked why and stated that it was being made "fresh". He stated that he would bring it out as soon as it was ready. So I moved my car as requested. I am sitting in my car and the manager comes out gets into his car and drives off! I waited another 5 minutes before driving around to the front of the restaurant and walking in. I explained that I had been waiting nicely and the cook acknowledged my presence. The window attendant came over placed my food in a bag put it down on the counter and walked away. No explanation about the wait or apology for the inconvenience. It was not busy at all.

I ordered the 2 for $5 biscuits, 1 s/e/c, and 1 b/e/c, and headed to work. When I finally got a chance to sit n eat, my order was incorrect. She repeated my order, my order was correct on the receipt, but both sandwiches was sausage! I was so looking forward to the bacon sandwich. I called and let someone (Robert) know, and he told me to come after work and they'll be serving lunch. And they'll replace my order. I should've checked my bag before pulling off.

We went to the drive through and placed our order, one sandwich and a large meal. The person who took our order had a very uncaring attitude so I'm not surprised what happened next. It takes quite some time to get to the window despite only having two cars. We pay for our food and instead of getting a meal and the extra sandwich as you'd expect we got one sandwich with wrong toppings, no fries, and a small drink. Pretty bad screw up, but mistakes happen. What made it unacceptable was whoever handled the food shoved their finger through the wrapper all the way deep into the sandwich on top of everything.

Waited over an hour in drive thru because they wouldn’t open the lobby doors and wasn’t able to cancel my order. FINALLY got to the window and they asked me what my mobile order was. 🤦🏻‍♀️

If I could give a lower rating I would.. A TERRIBLE MESS would be the best description for the Matteson location. The staff from the managers on down to the associates are very unprofessional, rude and plain ghetto. Every experience here is the worst on top of them not knowing proper etiquette they don’t know how to properly make burgers and serve hot fries. This is not what I ordered but where is the lettuce and tomato this burger was made very sloppy and tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile. None of the shake machines are ever operating and they are also closed when they are supposed to be open. Who trained these workers??? We come to your establishment to spend our money only to deal with rude workers that don’t want to work and don’t want to serve us fresh food… Someone needs to go into this establishment and retrain them as well as clean house get a whole new staff or just shut down.. because most of them act as though they don’t want to be there anyway including the managers.
