First time visiting since their remodel. Looks very nice. Also first time ordering a fish sandwich at Burger King. It was very good and not small like the fish sandwiches at other fast food joints.
Where to start, how about we just say, service is not part of their business. WOW, never have I seen a fast food place this bad. How bad? At least, not exaggerating, 6 customers, some with 2 or 3 people, waited as long as they could stand, then left. People, this was 7 at night, drive-thru wasn't even busy, you had at least 5 workers in the building and yet nobody to take orders at the cash register. When you did, one customer at time, making next person in line stand there with obvious frustration on their face until they walked out. Why did we wait the 30 minutes to finally get our food, not sure, still asking myself that question. Too bad, because you guys have great tasting burgers, but we'll never go there again. For the guy cooking, learn how to do more than one order at a time. Guy who is suppose to be taking orders at the window, shut your mouth and help out. Girl who finally took our order, pay attention for God sakes, we ordered 3 burgers and yet you still got the ticket wrong. I corrected you about 5 minutes later, since I had time, just because I happened to look at the ticket. Then of coarse, you didn't know how to correct it, so your manager, whatever she was, had to come fix it. To the owner of this BK, start fresh with some 8th graders who could do a much better job of organization then the crew who were there that night. Enough said?
Slow as heck in the drive thru at lunch time on a Saturday!! They were only taking a drive thru order once every ten min but moving people in and out of the restaurant every few min...... come on y'all get it together!! Should've gotten a HUGE discount at this rate
This restaurant is filthy. If the grounds and dining room is this dirty, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is, though I don’t want to. 1. The grounds and the building exterior was dirty. 2. The lobby walls needs washing. 3. The dining room has trash on the floor by the fountain. 4. The staffs’ uniforms were grimy and unkept. 5. It seems like the Men’s Room was the cleanest place I encountered. Aside from the dirt, filth, and grime, our food took a bit to prepare, but it came to us piping hot. I did have to return to the counter to retrieve a sausage egg and cheese croissant that was forgotten. We were here on Sunday, September 22nd around 10:00am.
Dined here recently. Good wasn’t good. As a delivery driver, they show doors are supposed to be unlocked during business hours, but never are in the evening. As a driver, we cannot wait for hours in the drive thru at night while they do who knows what that takes them seriously 15-20 minutes an order. Can’t even leave drive thru once you are in because it isn’t wide enough to get out without damaging your car! 😡 just close this business.
Incredibly slow service. 25 minutes waiting for a whopper meal!! With 3 cars ahead of me.
Was going to eat there on Friday April 14th. Went in and was told dining in was closed even though they had no sign up. Then they locked front door even thought sign on door says these doors are to be open during business hours. They must not want business if can't have dining area open.
Worst drive thru experience EVER. I had to repeat my oder twice. Get to the window to pay the gal had earbuds in no wonder she couldn't hear.
