THEY GOT RATS! , went in to order and as I was waiting for the cashier to take my order a giant rat went climbing down the wall and running across the floor , a guy waiting for his order saw it and freaked out and left without his food or money, I only ordered drinks thank God and they gave me warm waters and said if we wanted ice it's extra?! I'm already paying for tap water why is ice extra ! DISGUSTING and the workers were rude as hell . Idk why people still eat here this restaurant should be SHUT DOWN. They also are charging way more than other Burger kings
Food: was ok. We ordered the impossible burger meal, bacon double cheeseburger, and chicken nuggets. The burgers and nuggets were warm. The French fries were at least fresh. Ambiance: inside is definitely not good for dining in. It looked like they had water damage from the rain. The floors had a little bit of flood water. The ceiling were like ripped or damaged as mentioned previously. Maybe they should have closed the lobby. Not attractive. Service: was going to the “drive-thru” but the like was ridiculous and was taking long. We went inside and it took long as well. I don’t blame them because they only had two employees, one at the window and one in the back making the sandwiches etcetera.
Had a snack from this BK. The prices are higher than in my local area. The drive thru employee was not inviting and I felt no personal attention. The food was good.
My father was in the hospital around the corner from this location. Day 1 I placed my order through the drive thru. Order was missing hash browns and the wrong flavor of drink was given. Day 2 the wrong breakfast sandwich was given. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. A machine picks up. I only went to Burger King because of the closeness to the hospital. I guess I’ll pack a breakfast tomorrow. Ridiculous
I will not be eating there anymore. Ch-king sandwich was Burnt on the outside and Raw on the inside my fries were cold and they only had two drinks Fanta and coke. Not on my list of places to ever eat at again.
This location is ridiculous. I went in here a few months ago and my burger bun was like cardboard, you know like left out on the counter for a week. It took awhile to come back and since then it isn’t much better. Long wait times in the drive thru even when it isn’t busy. Today is the last time go there when they have now dictated what I eat my fries with. I asked for zesty like all the other times and the lady wanted to charge me $0.27 for one and told me that only ketchup comes with fries. She didn’t even give me a receipt. Horrible. Bulldoze it and let’s get a real burger joint in this spot. Update, just got home, no ketchup in the bag, and I have a fried potato medley with old grease fries, new, and even a tater tot or whatever. And yeah, that is a pool of grease in the picture. Think I’ll scrap this and go elsewhere.
Pretty tasty everything was fast and efficient everybody was absolutely amazing even though it was storming that day they made sure to keep the restaurant clean food was real crispy like I like it
Worst drive thru … EVER. I constantly have to make noises on the mic so someone will hear me. Even then still takes an absurd amount of time to get an answer. Avoid this place if you’re hungry
