Our stop at this BK was well worth it. The gentleman who took our order (Russel) was so sweet and hollered out our orders like an original fast food restaurant would have done. It was very entertaining. This man was taking orders at the counter, bagging food and running fresh food out to vehicles that needed to pull up to wait on their food to be made. The facility was super clean and the staff was friendly. Our food was delicious and fresh.
After waiting in the drive thru for a while with no answer, we pulled around went in and ordered. Couple guys before me done the same, along with someone after us. Service was extremely slow, when we got our food, the cheese was barely on the sandwich. Had a taco without anything in it. Worst Burger King visit. Person who was working the front counter had a name tag saying assistant manger.
Usually I have the nicest workers handing me warm, good food. Often slow. Several times in the last few months, I try to order food only to see a sign at a normal business time stating they "decided to close down and they are sorry". Twice I have been told they had a couple of big orders and it will take "a really really long time to receive a whopper meal." Another time young lady worker was screaming at two other nice co-workers that "she doesn't care if she gets written up, 4 whopper meals in a car in the drive thru is too much! She is going to refuse their order." Not sure why they can't find 3 adults who are willing to manage and work. Why would this business repeatedly refuse customers who want to purchase food? Beyond rediculous! It shouldn't take 15 to 20 minutes to receive two whopper meals when there are no other customers inside or in the drive thru. Sad restaurant. Owners need to step in.
Ordered a spicy melt I have pork allergies ingredients don't include bacon. But yet it came with bacon every time I've ordered something is wrong so check your food.
Unfortunately the food quality is poor. The manager is super nice. It's a shame because I would rather go here than the McDonald's across the street but the last three visits to BK have been disappointing. And I really miss the Ch'king Sandwich!
Melissa gave great service. Very personable. The food has gone downhill for BK. The diet coke was good. Fries were a joke and the Whopper was all filler, no taste.
The food was good as it always is, but the servers were absolutely wonderful here. They were so happy to help us, so kind, and upbeat. Great experience here. 😊
Today I was having a particularly hard day and I ordered my food online so I got I’m the drive through In Louisburg, Kansas the absolute sweetest, outgoing, friendly man on the speaker was awesome, I’m not sure what his name is but he’s an older gentleman that gives out crowns and tells the ladies we are queens and it absolutely made my day, you should absolutely have him train ALL of your employees. Any who I just wanted to let the management know they have a true gem of an employee!!!
