Food was colded, the ff's and onion rings were greasy and cold. We asked for fresh burgers to be made, didn't want the ones sitting around. The Lititz Burger King was a big disappointment. They need to get people who can read and understand what people are ordering. A big disappointment for our granddaughter who was told she could pick any place to eat and then this. No more BURGER KINGS for us!!!!

The service is unwelcoming. They all stand around with their backs to the register, but will notice you walk up and still not greet you. They prioritize standing around waiting for food on previous orders before they will take your order. Food is slightly cheaper at the Rohrestown BK and service is 100% better, go there instead.

So after waiting a total of 35 mins in line for a mobile order they hand me the wrong order. 10 mins later when they scramble together my order finally they gave me the basic sandwiches not the ones I ordered. They legitimately just stole from me because I didn't receive any of my extras that cost a 1$ each. I would like to be compensated for my whole meal for the lack of honest work in this establishment. Supposed to have extra pickles, extra onions, and cheese none of which are on it clearly. I will never be coming back.

Ordered onion rings and received fries instead. On the spicy melt, twice, they've forgotten the carmalized onions. Otherwise, good food, just need to read over their orders better/make it right.

First they didn’t have any chicken products. Then my whopper comes in a chicken sandwich bun. They didn’t even have 1 dollar bills I had to get 4$ in quarters. And they offered sauces and never put in the ones I asked for .

Typical fast food taste. Service can be slow sometimes. Interior is a little dated.

this place needs REAL MANAGEMENT ...drink station Always filthy today 8/3/23....there were knats flying all around the station drink ..when filling my cup with soda one got in my cup...frys COLD ...CRISPY CHICKEN was DRYED OUT...floors behind counter ..DISCUSTING .. need i say more.

The service here is lacking. They just don't pick up the drive through orders at all. Ordering can be painful. It was dead and it took 15 minutes
