I would not eat at this burger king. I have a family member that use to work here and they said they saw a rat. The manager is aware of this and has not done anything about it. This was just this week. They have had two falling grades. They also don't change there grease. They need to shut this location down And fire the manager.
I passed by at 11:05 PM and this location is set to close at midnight. My order was not taken and they had already closed everything. There was only one female cleaning the registers on her own. Safety is definitely a concern for that employee and also services should be provided until the time advertised.
Never open and when it is, the workers are not helpful. The food being decent (when you do get some) is the only reason for the extra star. The attached photos are of the employees playing instead of taking orders. They had 2 cars at the window and refused to take any other orders.
Stop for a bite only to get my burger cold with cold and old…. onion rings with old….nuggets and fries in the box. ………..Onion rings only……… I guess when your not doing an inspection for food temp or a survey, you get this type of service. Nothing was fresh. So for that let’s have a COLD service rating to go along with a state food inspection
This is one of the worst places to order from online. I always have to order several times before they deliver the food. It's either the store's fault or DoorDash's. Do not order online from here. It's a waste of time.
My family order the Texas Burger and the 2 for $12 everything was Perfect just the way the Picture looks. The Food was Delicious and Hot if I could have given this Burger King a 100 Star's they would have gotten it from me. The Person at the Drive Thu was very Respectful. Thanks Manager and Staff!!!
Went through the drive-thru, and there was a young lady at the front long hair. She was yelling very loud. She was talking as if she was at a bar with her friends. As a customer I found it to be unnecessary and horrible to witness. The teenage manager did nothing to stop her. It’s the child watching a child for me. As well as our burgers were dry, and the hamburger buns were hard as a rock. The young lady that was working the drive-thru seemed very nice, but she even told the young lady in the back that she did not like the way she’d packed our food in the bag and she had to repack it. Mario, the store manager was not there, they decided to run amok in the store and not care what service they gave to the customers it just wasn’t a good experience for me, so they get one star.
Order incorrect. Rude front staff. Unsanitary lobby. Would never go back to this location
