It's a dirty store which doesn't honor coupons for their Bk rewards app. There screen has been down for the menu for as long as I can remember so they can charge you what they want. They have enough money to renovate but can't even get a menu up in the lobby. There is NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!!! I know it's privately owned So Owner step up and take care of your store. I don't think I will ever go back But I will pop in to see if anything has changed and Corporate will be notified!!!!!
The absolute worst service out of anywhere in the area. Doesn't matter what you do it will take you ages to get your food even if ordered through the app 20 mins ahead of time. They are more worried about looking like they do good service in numbers on times at the window than actually providing quality service. Absolutely deplorable work ethics.
They are only getting this star because I cannot leave a review otherwise. My experiences at this Burger King have been absolutely horrible. From the time that I’ve had to wait for my food, the attitude from the workers and now this time they tried to give me chicken that I literally would not give to my dog.
The driveway could use some improvements But the staff is warm and friendly,the food is great, still one of the good ones around.
So all I ordered was a medium whopper meal, it took them at least 10 minutes thats no joke. The two people ahead of me were also looking mad. The person ahead of me never got their food they gave it to some one else and had to remake it and they gave at least 3 people the wrong food in the drive thru I cold hear the manager getting loud. They wanted exact change because they were short in the register. When I finally got my food I got no receipt and no coke I had to ask again for one and the cashier looked dumbfounded. Just don't go here.
Had the nicest most friendly cashier. Her name was Krista . i cannot even express enough how great she was. It was very refreshing. Waaaaaay better than our last visit. You need more people like her. She is amazing...give that lady a raise because i can tell you she deserves it!
This location has the most disgusting disrespectful workers I have ever seen. Customer service has really gone out that window. These type of behaviors fall completely on the manager for allowing crew members to act senseless. Beware of this location—do not waste your time.
If i could i would give a zero I would. I wanted to try there tacos because they looked really good on TV and the ads. Look at this picture and tell me would u eat these tacos or give to ur Family? Y'all should be a shame for even serving this. The shell was hard as a rock, nothing inside the taco but sauce and i don't know what the other is, it look like a tsp of smashed beans.. What happened to the meat, cheese, tomatoes, & lettuce?
