This place is absolute buns. If you’re into waiting 30+ minutes with no cars in front of you for half cooked or stale food then this is the place for you. They close 1-2 hours earlier than what’s advertised on their door depending on what they feel like that day. Don’t forget to bring a book for the wait! I recommend the Bible unless you want to bring multiple books. Have it their way at this BK.
This place doesn’t even deserve a review! So today I went through the drive thru to order food and I requested a drink on the side mind you it was a bottle water which has no price listed for the bottled water on the screen so as soon as I seen the price for the water on the screen $2.99 i immediately requested for it to be removed and stated I’ll go to the store instead because I wouldn’t pay $2.99 for water and the guy who said his name was Jesus stated “I don’t know why you would ask for water then” I said excuse me because I didn’t know the price due to the fact it’s not on the screen and he laughed and gave me a complete disgusting attitude at the window and a completely different burger I ordered as well.
Horrible customer service very rude. The two Hispanic managers the lady with the glasses and the guy. I went through the drive-through very dead inside and out took a while for them to take the order or even say hello as I proceeded to order my onion rings I stated I had a coupon he stated to me I was supposed to let him know before I ordered very rudely I said OK and I proceeded to the window as I got to the window I paid for my onion rings they give me very cold soggy oil bag of onion rings I let the lady know can I just have some fresh ones because it was cold I showed it to her she had an attitude said something when she close the window then the man brought back fresh onion rings with an attitude didn’t say anything he just basically rudely handed me my bag with no sauce in it I waited he look at me and walk away she came back and asked me can she get me anything else I was like I’m sorry I know I’m being aggravating right now but can I please have a fourth of the onion rings she handed it to me and that is that. Even if I was starving and this is the last Burger King in the world I will not spend my money here
All Burger Kings aren't bad just depends on the one you go to. This one however, stay away from. Food was terrible, service was worse, takes too long to get your order, and most likely your order will be wrong. If i could give 0 stars i would in a heart beat.

WAITED AT THE SPEAKER FOR LITERALLY 21 MINUTES BEFORE THEY TOOK MY ORDER, I WAS ASK TO HOLD ON 4 DIFFERENT TIMES AFTER SAYING HELLO, AFTER THE LADY TOOK MY ORDER I DROVE UP TO THE WINDOW THAN PAID AND WAS ASKED TO PULL FORWARD AND WAIT AGAIN FOR THE FOOD, THIS LOCATION NEVER SEEMS TO HAVE IT TOGETHER BUT I WILL NO LONGER VISIT THIS LOCATION AS THE MANAGERS NEVER EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO ITS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND ENERGY DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
Restrooms were nasty 🤮 Eating area was clean for an old building. Staff was nice.
service is wonderful every time I go they always nice and they actually check if my order is correct the manger Victoria is really nice and gets my order right
