Usually pretty good here. Just went through and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich along with some other things. Got home to find they gave me a plain whopper and not the chicken sandwich. Not even close to what i ordered. Thankfully the app makes it easy to handle issues but that doesnt help my lunch right now. Do better...
This store is usually pretty good. Tonight the onion rings were cold and they left the cheese off my sandwich. Was in a hurry, and of course, said no thanks to the receipt, so don't even know if I got charged for the cheese. Just hope this comment gets seen and helps them improve.
Since the line was long, we tried going in... on a Saturday. Despite the hours sign by the door indicating the lobby being open, the lobby was closed. The girl at rhe wondowsl cited staffing issues. I figured the lobby was closed to make it harder for drive though customers to take back the cold food they were just handed. My onion rings we're greasy and room temp when I tried them before leaving the parking lot. I was NOT getting back in a long line to let them know. I just give up trying to give this place my business if this is OK. The Landscaping looks shoddy and there's graffiti on the building. The owners need to put some effort and investment BACK into this place, or more people are just going to give up on this carcass of it's former self and it's gonna close down. This should NOT be the norm. We have better options.
Worst Burger King food EVER! Waited in the drive through for 10+ minutes for flat coke, and a stone cold burger with stone cold cheese. I went back in to exchange the burger, told them it was COLD, and before it got cold, it had been way over cooked. I waited for a few minutes, got a new burger, went out to my car and it was colder than the first one. I left. Not going back.
If the royal Christy chickens were always fresh fresh I would give it a five start the quality goes down very fast at certain locations
Today,very long over 1/2 hour per carful, Payed expecting my order nothing,Look in my Mirror,a full line of cars,nothing moving at all, The car ahed of me waited 20min, for a small order, I thought maybe they had an issue,then me, I'm wondering why is it taking so long,the gal In the window,new cashier was trying to be nice I asked for my cone,she made the cone,a total mess I only had it in passing, spills all over me!!!😡😡😡😡 I'm not going to yell!!! I'm putting it this way, The kids in MasterChef Jr could have done a better Job!!!! I'm Done!!!!!!🍔👎👎😡😡😡😡
Lots of seating, free Wi-Fi. If only a couple charging ports available. My kids love the large kids area. It's not so cramped I can go up with my littlest one.
I have never been more appaled by staff in a food joint. Went to order food and paid at the window and the food came out cold. Asked for warm food and the staff copped an attitude about having to "turn the oil back on" mind you it was 10pm and they close at midnight, per their words, disgusting misconduct. I don't care how your night is going, what mood you are in. That behavior that happened tonight 04/06/2023 is unacceptable.
