The stickiest BK I have ever been too. The only cups with lids were small cups, dining napkins were out, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, all the tables were sticky and the play area was closed. As far as food the burgers were decent and the fries were hard and overcooked. We were the only customers at the time.
One of the better BK's. The manager and her crew are so very sweet! I enjoy seeing them smile, definitely makes up for the horrible food, the lettuce is ALWAYS "SLIMY," the tomatoes are mushy, chicken had an all around BAD taste. The employees deserve better at this establishment! They are willing to work fast food, so Burger King, give the employees higher standard food so they aren't catching the brunt of your cheap, corner cutting ways! This us what turns good employees into bad employees...Burger King, big national chain store, should be able and willing to help out!
This Burger King is the best one in four cities. Their food is always made fresh for you, trust me when I say this. Because my wife loves their food I have stopped at just about every Burger King. This is the only way I can make this decision we have tried a lot of them. But don't listen to me go try this Burger King for yourself and you will become a believer. Sincerely Juan Serrano
We were traveling back and forth to an assignment several days in a row, and we came here twice. OK I know it bk but they were on point both time. The young crew was rocking it, day 1, then the next day the ogs was rocking it with great customer service. Thank yall we appreciate great service!!! You ladies rock!! Now they deserve raises!!
Well since the whole meal for 2 people thrown in the trash since I found a hair tangled up in the bacon of my stacker melt no receipt to text in a complaint didn't think I was gonna need it but 19.02 down the garbage at 9PM April 26,2023
Before I even walk in, a employee is sitting on a dudes lap eating in the lobby (not even on break) runs to take my order to then run back to the lobby and not communicate with the team and still screwed up my order! The dirtiest BK I've ever seen and I've seen some dirty BKs. This experience questions me too ever eat BK again it was that horrendous. Employees are high and restaurant disgusting so definitely reflection on management and district management overall. Already eliminated other fast-food and now Burger King is on that list can't even enjoy a Whopper anymore thats sad dead a**
Dirty... but the lady working was cleaning up spilled coffee. 1 star because after I asked if "inside was open to dine in," she unpolitly let me know that "was kinda more important than taking my order right now". I just walked out after that comment.
I love Burger King food, we had not so good service on a couple of our visits. One of the days the lady that took care of us was not friendly and she had an attitude. One of the other days we stood there and it was like we were invisible no one asked us for about 15 to 20 minutes what we wanted. I was very disappointed in the service there, on those two days. On one particular day it was a young man that waited on us very nice and there was a young girl and she was very nice.
