Nice Burger King! Pictured are the best French Fries I have ever eaten from a fast food location. Potatoes that are soft & extremely hot without being all dried skinless overly crisp crunchies!..............................
Not very often do I write reviews but today is an exception. I just wanted to say Jamie is a wonderful manager. Today I was in abit of a hurry as I was on my lunchtime. Jamie took my order and had it made as there was a large order before mine. The hambuger was made to order and onion rings were very hot. The tables and floor were very clean and no trash cans were not over flowing. I haven't been in a Burger King in years definitely beats McDonald's next door in all areas.
The Place is crawling with lethargic flies and the fire alarm is constantly flashing and no one seems to care. I ordered a basic Whopper without cheese that took 10 minutes to get to me when I did receive it it had cheese on it and since I can't eat cheese I had to return it and wait more. The soda machine had no flavors and was out of everything. To top it all my burger was room temperature. I did not even bother to say anything to the staff, I just wanted to leave. Only positive note was the fries were hot and the staff was friendly
I was at this burger King location recently and their snack wraps are made very badly there was way to much sauces and the wraps were wrapped like a burrito. I was disappointed cause they are supposed to look like the picture and I got a wet piece of Ibarely warm chicken, soggy lettuce, and smooshy tomatoes. U went to a different Burger King and the wraps were done right and much better. Just a heads up if your looking to get a snack wrap from this location.
If I could give them fewer stars, I would. Only 2 customers were in the place, and we waited over 20 minutes. When we got our food it was hard as a rock and room temperature. We drove out of the parking lot right next door to McDonald's and had our order in under 2 minutes. Sorry to say that this was our 3 attempt at a Burger King with horrible service every single time. At this point, it can only be the owners. It was actually like she was waiting for me to be upset.
Went thru the drive thru. Not the best burger but certainly not the worst. Everything was on par. Order was correct and timely. Young lady at the window was courteous and professional.
First time I walked into a Burger King in years, I was craving a whopper with cheese. Cashier was friendly, but it was pretty much downhill from there. Almost every table was dirty, soda machines were dirty, bathrooms were pretty nasty. Food was ok, wasn't hot, wasn't cold, just kinda Luke warm. The empty parking lot at noon should have been a sign. I'll try Burger King again in a few years.
Onions. I wasn't happy with my order as I ordered HEAVY extras on all wraps. When I went to go tell the manager on duty she was very very rude and asked for the food back. They took the food back over the counter and the staff was rummaging through the bag with their bare hands. I know working in food that your NEVER supposed to accept food back over the counter , let alone rummage through it and then not wash hands after. When I got my food remade and was leaving, she came yelling behind me to not come back. I didn't get her name but this was really unprofessional and rude for no reason... 😩
