Horrible just horrible.. food didn’t taste like anything on the menu to begin with!! Who ever y’all got cooking back there is mad for no reason messing everyone food up
Don't know if this is the worst run burger King in Killeen but I wouldn't be surprised. Every time I go there they are short workers and very slow. There was one time when one of the workers was working the drive through in regular clothes with a bonnet on her head. I see the manager outside on her phone more than inside the restaurant. This is a problem when you only have 2 workers inside. Will not be eating here no time soon. 😴😴😴
Juan takes this place to a five star review. Sure, it's a burger king, but the cashier takes it up to eleven.lots of personality , makes it well worth the wait. Dine in. I'm happy to talk to him any time. Come in on Wednesdays especially!
Absolutely terrible service. Wanted 20 mins for the food to get done in a drive through when they weren't even busy. Would absolutely avoid going to this Burger King at all costs
Food quality is excellent, they know how to accept in-app coupons, and employees were particularly helpful. Didn’t expect such a good experience north of Rancier! Only wish they had the freestyle coke machines…
It is surprising that Burger King's cooperate personnel has closed this location down. This place doesn't service the standard BK products; the food is always cold and sloppily prepared and the restaurant looks and smell nasty! The employees appearance is questionable and unprofessional. Where are the managers in this place! Btw this is my first visit to this location, the situation is always the same!
This is the WORST BURGER KING IVE EVER WENT TO. The customer service is terrible. Speakers don’t work had to come inside only to be greeted by a worker eating trying to tell me they will get to me as soon as they can. Keep in mind he’s chewing his food, that’s so disgusting & not professional at all. I hope corporate sees this review & make changes bc this location need to be shut down.
The food was great as always. The cashier was very nice but took a long time to understand what I wanted and I could barely hear him, a lot of static over the intercom. 20 minutes for 6 meals. Cashier dropped one of our bags of food, Manager was outside shooting the breeze while the workers were struggling. Everything came out the way we ordered it and was delicious and hot.
