The food was decent, but there was water dripping from the ceiling, splattering all over the floor. The bucket did nothing to help it. No one came to try and mop it up the entire time we were there. Then, they left items out of our order and when my husband let the girl at the counter know, she rolled her eyes at him and snatched the tray back, put the missing items on the tray, and then handed it back to him without saying a word. She acted like she did not want to be there and seemed annoyed that she had to do her job and help customers.
16 May 2019 - Well, it was quite the visit for us. The cashier rudely interacted with the woman in front of us. The woman had two coupons, one for her and one for her son, who was waiting at a table. The cashier blew her off saying she could only use one. Funny enough, I was about to use a coupon too, so I looked at the fine print. It clearly says, "One per customer." Not per order, per check, per group, etc. The woman even said to ring her up twice, as they had two customers. Nope. Didn't have it. The woman left buying nothing. The cashier was clearly in the wrong but was on a power trip anyways. Crude male chauvinistic jokes by the apparent owner. A cashier lamenting how she's been called "the B word three times today" by rude tourists (with racial undertones to boot). Safe to say we're never coming here again, and we're locals. All of this went down in front of my four year old daughter, no less. You know, if you always "run into" rude people all day, you're probably the jerk. But hey, she sent us off with "Have a blessed day!", on the way out. Yeah, no thanks. It's sad to see other locals like this. To top it off, as we were leaving, we saw the same lady yelling at two other employees while she was smoking out back. SMH.
I bought a double ham sourdough king and literally got two slices of ham that wasn’t even opened up. I know stuff doesn’t ever look like the picture but this is straight up false advertising.
So at 1117, I attempted to order only sides in the drive thru, first the lady at the drive thru over spoke the guy and rudely said “ma’am you need to speak up we can’t hear you!” Yet, the order was correct on the screen. Since we ordered jalapeño bites and cheese sticks, we asked for ranch, was told they are $0.24 each, no free dips. So, no worries we live here and have 14 family members in town that will never stop at this location again. Remember folks, even as a local the tourism helps to keep jobs. There’s no way this behavior will ever attract repeat customers
We went through the drive through once and asked if we could place 3 separate orders and the drive through worker said no and was very rude. So we went back through and we used a coupon the second time and the drive through worker was rude once again and rolled his eyes when he saw us pull up to the window. When we got up to the window he said only one coupon per car and acted as if he was angry because we were using a coupon. Then he gave me the wrong drink, didn’t give us one of our fries, and didn’t give us our sauce. He also told us not come back through the drive through again. It was the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I never plan on going there again. I’ve never experienced worst customer service in my life.
Drive thru is not lit, which makes it impossible to see the menu board at night, and the parking lot was littered with trash. Husband ordered whopper meal, medium size. He wanted a milk shake instead of the ginormous soda, but we were informed the shake machine was down. Heavy sigh.... Paid our money and drove off with our bag of food. Got to hotel, opened bag. They gave us a small fry, not the medium we paid for. Husband said burger was dry as a bone and tasted stale as of three days ago, and was the thinnest slice of protein he'd ever seen on a burger. And he said it didn't taste like beef, so who know what it actually was. The only reason we stopped there in the first place was because the chocolate shakes used to reliably good there. Never again
Gotta love the Whopper! I just finished work, sweetheart had our car, picked me up. Ran by to look at properties for clients. We asked each other what sounded good for lunch? Could have gone to anyone of a number of local restaurants but we chose BK. It was perfect! Love the Whopper, the new fries are so much better than the ones they had before. The manager is awesome! Had interactions with her before. I didn't give 5 stars because the tea, forgive me-sucks, it's a BK thing nation wide, not just this one.
We went there for breakfast and everything was excellent! While we were enjoying our meal I've seen that there is only one front worker - the manager, servicing both - inside and drive-thru customers and one kitchen crew member. She was pretty busy but very kind and professional. Once there were no coming orders/customers she came in the front and started to clean the windows and tables. I hope that the owner will read this and appreciate the dedication of this lady.
