Very friendly staff. Fast and accurate. The best experience I have had at a Burger King.
Hands down, the friendliest happy staff and the BEST Ham Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwich Breakfast I've EVER had at any BK restaurant!!!!!! The eggs perfectly prepared, moist & flavorful! Fresh ham & croissant! Plenty of melted cheese! Fresh, evenly fried potatoe rounds! (My favorite breakfast anywhere, but this location took it to a higher level!
Got the impossible whopper, usually it's a bit dry but at this place they out sooo many tomatoes and pickles and salade and sauces it was sooo gooood. Service was super nice as well :D
Staff was very nice and friendly in the drive thru . The fries were freshly hot.
Keep trying to give them the benefit but they keep stealing from customers. Today they skip cheese where they could. Here is the double cheeseburger missing cheese
The food was great, hot, fresh and Malik our window cashier was very helpful Locations looked clean it’s another successful Burger King as some are big standard and that one of it Thank you Malik and team making this visit great hope to see you again
Poor Management. If you are going to close early contact Uber Eats with you proper hours. Every night that I get an Uber Eats order for you costs me time and money. I lose 20 minutes at least to stop what I am doing to contact Uber to cancel the order. So not only do I not get paid for this order I lose another paying order because I am on hold with Uber. I have told this to two managers now and they just don’t care. They stare at me with a blank look on their face.
Listen for this to be a fast food restaurant, I had a very pleasant experience here. I am also highly aware that it is because I was in the Keys. Not only was my food fresh, I mean my fries were not soggy at all, but the customer service was exceptional! The young lady that assisted me was so pleasant and helpful. I cannot tell you the last time I was at a Burger King but I know my experience was not like this!
