What was hoped to be a quick meal while awaiting a bus that was 30 minutes away, turned into an agonizing, nearly all my time consuming, rush to get a meal in my gullet, while having to forego the second half of my plan, do a little shopping across the street, because of my meal taking too long. There is absolutely no reason why, on a Saturday evening, at the tail end of the dinner hours, that a Burger King should be as egregiously understaffed as this one. When you have a drive through and an inside eating area, there is no way there should be only three people in to staff the counter and food prep area. This is a recipe for disaster, which is exactly what happened. The counter person was clearly overwhelmed, and timing suffered. The inside eaters wound up being depriortized, while the drive thru customers it seemed, got the preferencials. As a result, with myself as first on line with one lady at the counter already awaiting her order, I ended up being the victim of a nearly fifteen minute wait just to get my food. The lady meanwhile, made at least three return trips to correct mistakes that had been made on her order, and she was not the least bit happy about it. My order wound up as a dry, undercooked Whopper Combo, drowning in mayo and devoid of onions. The only two saving graces were that I ended up being able to catch my bus and microwave my dinner into at least a more palatable state, and spare my ears of the continuous stentorian harangue of the aforementioned harridan, that was probably audible all the way to Newark.

I've been a BK customer a very long time and have been to many different locations around the country. This location is hands down the best in all categories. The staff was pleasant, the food presentation was impeccable and the dining area was pristine; all with a huge TV screen to watch while I ate my food. I was so pleased with my breakfast, I stayed to have lunch. Moreover, the bathroom was clean with a nice medicated soap to assure proper hygiene for customers and staff alike. Bravo to the Kearny BK on Passaic.

Pretty sure the managers and staff are actually trained to ignore people. It's an embarrassment to anyone who's actually worked in food service. My order was actually ready, but I couldn't get a single employee to turn around as me and others waited for over 10 minutes. So I left and canceled my order. I'd rather spend the time going somewhere else that has competent people working. Smh

Update: went again to this remodeled BK, this time had poor staff at drive through. Order was filled incorrectly and when I advised my order was short the chicken nuggets, he asked me for my receipt. I was the only car in the drive-thru, I would think their order system would show what I paid for. He took bag back and then fulfilled order except for the no sauce request that we found when we got food home was wrong also, even though noted on receipt. Check your order before you pull away.

The worst place ever!! I asked for an impossible burger, They put cheese on it. I told the guy in the front cashier, who was very nice and said they could change it, but when I got my burger back it had Pieces of cheese all over And fingerprints!

When I was given my order it was not handed to me but tossed on the counter ... which is fine I know things get busy sometimes but that’s not why I’m giving one star... I’ll let the picture do the talking. Also there was a hair in my burger! I’m just so disappointed!

Get it together every body clueless n slushy machine don't work gave me syrup n water down ice ... Charged a large told the guy it wasn't done right n gave me a small cup but was still charged a large .... Manager didn't even care ...

Food is ok and speed is fast. But the staff was missing one of my items. I ordered the 6 dollar you way meal with 1 whooper Jr, small fries and 4 chicken nuggets. The staff didn’t put the nuggets into my takeout. I understand that’s an accident and not on purpose, but it’s a mistake
