My experience was horrible we ordered a sandwich and the bread was hard, we ordered a cheeseburger and it was completely burnt, and we ordered onion rings and they were cold, i am going to put a picture of the cheeseburger.
Stopped by the Burger King in Jackson, Al to grab a quick bite on way home after being in orange beach for 2 days helping clean out friends house from Hurricane Sally Damage . Outside lane speakers apparently wasn’t working as 3 others went thru inside lane and we had a U-haul trailer and couldn’t fit in the inside lane. Pulled to first window to place our order. I was expecting a rude response since we probably messed up the order the food was gonna come out. Staff was extremely nice and respectful. Received our order at second window where the lady working window was also very nice and respectful and we were on our way. Whoppers were excellent! The evening shift around 8pm on 9-19-2020 y’all were great. Definitely not the kind of service I was used to at my local Burger King in Northport , Al.
We came to the drive through to order and waited for 5-6min and no one came to take our order, so I drove to the window and could hear them inside saying to each other what are the doing at the window.the lady asked can I help you, I told her yes we've been waiting for someone to take our order. She said oh I didn't have on my ear piece, so then she took our order, asked for 2 whopper's one with mayo only, and Fry's and onions then left. Got to a place to stop to eat and found that the hamburger with mayo was just the bun and Patty with only mayo nothing else on it 😠
It's not gourmet, but it isn't meant to be. It's cheap and fairly quick and it tastes good for the price. I'm not going to pick apart the quality, because this obviously isn't the place to do that at. If you are super picky, stay away, and perhaps learn to cook your own food while you are at it. The employees are just people and don't treat you badly nor do they kiss your butt- which I really appreciate. They are naturally nice enough as people if you aren't rude and treat them as human. All in all, decent place, and cheap prices.
I went yesterday, and I will have to say kudos to the management and staff. Destoni (the cashier who took my order) was very courteous and provided excellent customer service, with a smile. After she took my order, she put on gloves and helped in the kitchen because it was busy and personally made my sandwich. It was the freshest, most delicious perfectly made rodeo burger ever.🤠👍👍
Food was very bland and not fresh. The tacos were not good at all! The shells were very stail. My daughter is a vegetarian and was very excited to try the Impossible Whopper and was very disappointed. She said it was very bland and just tasted like charcoal. Staff was not very friendly and everyone seemed to be just standing around talking. Probably will not go back to this location.
This is one of the nastiest places to visit. I watched just while I was there, 2 people come inside from the drive through with incorrect orders. No apologies from the staff. They seems extremely irritated. It was not busy or lunch rush and the tables and counters and trash area were disgusting. Mud was everywhere. I took pictures intending on sending to corporate but changed my mind. Hoping the review might change something. Here's hoping...
The food wasn't terribly old or cold, but the hamburgers were small and squashed in the bag, and the French fry portions were very small. Drive-thru time was a little excessive but the service was okay. I will give this Burger King a rating of three out of five.
