The Burger King located in Iron Wood, Michigan is a great Burger King. Everything was clean, the staff was well trained and we do highly recommend this hotel.
Not sure what happened but ever since you hired Tiffany (blond girl in the am) your morning service has gone from horrible to absolutely amazing! She always makes sure that the order is complete and will always try to get Mr to do an upgrade (with no pressure of course). I stopped comming to this location for a long time but this employee has made me a fan of Ironwoods BK again!
When traveling with a time sensitive destination, I find myself stopping at drive-throughs for a quick lunch. This location was clean, but I was kept waiting for service too long. 4 employees behind the counter and still had to ask for service.
I ordered a Ham, Egg and Cheese Crossiant for breakfast. Went about my day and about Five o clock, I started feeling dizzy/nauseated. Had to leave work. Fell asleep and awoke to excruciating pain in my abdomen, and heavy salivation; so I immediately went and threw up... violently at that. The next Two days I was out of work, sweating, pale, nauseous and unable to keep any food down. I did not eat anything aside the breakfast combo from there that entire day, so I know it's the only place I could have got food poisoning from. Burger king is my favorite fast food breakfast, so having to post this is super unfortunate, however since this is the only location here, I can no longer have it. Food safety in the food service industry is so important, had I been a toddler, or elderly, I could have died. Do better, train better, don't serve food past date. It's simple really.
Staff were great, under staffed and still had a positive attitude 2 days in a row. Food was made fresh and was delicious.
My husband and I went through the drive thru. We bought breakfast for the whole family. Liz took our order and made sure all of our special requests were done right. She was incredibly proficient and friendly! Our food came out fast, fresh, and correct. She has also been our cashier when we have had birthday parties there and she is always on the ball.
Was the only place I could find to eat out here but the staff was great.
The only thing that was good was the pop and the ketchup!!! Seriously I'll never go back again the onion rings were cold and soggy and they gave me the wrong sandwich melts, 2 wrong sandwich supposed to get 2 bacon melts got classic !discussing !!it was.
