The Whole staff was well paced. They had all food very fresh and the staff is very nice. And big shout out to the general manager he is super kind and always puts a smile on my face when I walk in. He makes sure to try and make people feel comfortable and happy when walking in and I really appreciate seeing that in fast food.

BK is cheap and delicious ,I don't even bother eating at any of the other fast food places in town. Service here is always fast and friendly. 12/10 do recommend.

I've always have had a positive experience here. Props to the gentlemen that made sure that my Dr. Pepper was on point before I left for drive thru order. Thanks BK off Jefferson!

They are always fast and friendly. They never get my order wrong.... And its seems like the team works very well together..

i’ve been coming here for years, and their food has got better, fresh, if you haven’t been here for awhile stop in, very friendly clean, good food

Food is definitely not the best quality but is good for a quick bite.

People that work there are awesome, fresh fast and tasty.

Not sure if they were short staffed, but had to wait a few minutes before I got to place my order (I was the only one in line). Then while waiting for my food, could see/hear that my sandwich was ready, but cashier acted like it wasn't their job to get dine-in trays ready. So as I stood there waiting, after a few minutes the drive thru had an order for the same sandwich, so was taken to fill that order. As I watched people who came in after me get their orders, I was getting a little irritated. Finally, a shift manager I suppose, saw the order still on the screen, and got another sandwich made, to fill my order. Guess I wouldn't consider 10+ minutes for a Whopper & fries quick service. Food was okay once I got it.
