Just left burger king and my boyfriend ordered for me Nd not only did they get my part of the order wrong they didn't believe me when I said that I didn't order what I got. Then I took a sip of my coke and it was not coke and I asked for them to fix it and they said I was lying about my drink not being coke when it was clearly a root beer. I wouldn't have had too much of a problem if they were a bit more kind to customers.
There broiler is caked on black stuff that they say is just what happens over time like you can definitely scrape that off. They put the fry grates on the floor next to garbage can when cleaner fryers then don't wash and put them back in. They don't really train either one manager literally said that she hates new people and that she don't like training them. Worse place I've ever been to. My family and friends WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.
The person who helped us was nice, but they had some major drama while we were eating. Something about Tracy, then a worker threatening to leave, and lots of yelling. Food was good, order accurate & up quick. Pop machine screen was super dirty & gross, didn't even want to touch it.
Manager is terrible. Hired my son then he has an accident before his first day. Has his toe amputated and can’t go to his first day. Manager was very rude said she already knew he wasn’t coming in today because he applied twice to the business. Very inconsiderate and rude.
Imlay city burger king used to be super fast and accurate. This last time I was surprised to see the all 65+ crew working. I ordered fries and onion rings. It took so long! I repeated my order three times. I did not order anything except the two sides because I had already waited an extensive amount of time and did not want to repeat myself anymore. It is sad our seniors are being thrown back into the work force.
Terrible customer service, especially from one girl that has been very rude to me not once but two visits. I don't know her name and feel bad for this, but she is the one with alot of acne on her face. She literally throws tantrums while serving customers, first time she got my order wrong and asked her to fix it and she literally pouted and stomped her feet. Two days ago a very friendly girl took my order but she stepped away from the window and i seen the other girl bickering with another employee, grabbed my bag and literally shoved it towards me without saying anything to me. Very very rude I don't know how she is still working there.
Tried ordering through app, repeatedly got error. Went to counter, replicated order and provided the coupon code from app. Employee was having difficult time applying coupon code and asked the manager rose three different times for assistance. Rose refused to walk over to register and assist, instead just said there was nothing she could do. The three whoppers ordered were already made, I walked out, not because of the $5 coupon, but because of the complete lack of courtesy Rose gave her employee and myself. ***on top of it, the app did charge my card for the order, never did get the food.
We had planned a day for my daughters birthday party. We show up and they tell us that the play place room is closed and that we can't have the birthday party here.
