The bottom seating was better than the top. And there was food everywhere there were two clean tables in the whole place. There were 2 customers besides us and the workers were up at the counter hanging out and laughing instead of cleaning up the ketchup pump that was everywhere and all the nasty messes everywhere. I will never go back!!!!
They seem to have bad days a lot and staff isn't very friendly. I usually stop because I've forgotten to eat and just need something quick but the last 2 times were just so bad I'll stop elsewhere next time and wait a while to try again at this location. On the visit before literally all the staff was outside smoking and one had to go in to take my order (and the car in front and the ones behind me) and then make it and hand it to me after I paid and the other staff just kept smoking and talking. I grabbed a picture of 3 of them while I waited, by this point the party was done and they were getting ready to head back in and another had already started back. Nobody wants to have to wait 15 minutes for a hamburger and a plain hamburger because they are trapped in the drive thru , I would have just driven off as soon as I realized they were all on break at once.
The guy Matt working drive thru was very rude. We had to correct him multiple times cause he kept messing up our order. And he kept saying is that all after everything and sighed a bit. Once we got our food and got home our drinks were bad. No carbonation so we called and told them and all they said was that they would look into it and hung up.
Kudos to this Huntington Burger King!! Usually at other Burger Kings well, really fast food in general are meals are not fresh or hot.. BUT you got it right.It is wonderful to get something good for a change when ordering fast food..Keep up the good work!! We appreciate you! We will be back.
Thanks to what seems to be a whole new crew. I actually had a great experience there yesterday. Workers were friendly and not being rude and they actually for the first time in about 6 months got my order completely correct. Right down to how many condiments and napkins I asked for.
How can they even be open with the people they have working there. Manager is chatting it up with friends while eating a whopper and completely ignoring customers. She let us wait there for five minutes when they weren't able to take an order. Need to forget about this place until they hire some people able to take care of customers
The speed of service is insanely slow. Not to mention if you go in to order, you will be completely ignored until every last car has gone thru drive thru. Even if they pull in after you order. I waited 20 minutes last time i went and the food was pretty awful to be honest. Cold and greasy not put together with any sort of pride
This visit to BK was a good one. Food was hot and the person running window was polite and cheerful. I would have given a 5 star rating but they are a bit slow at getting the food out in a timely manner. Other than that, dilicious!
