Great service, always fast and arrives hot. Good food, typical Burger King menu. Play place is really nice, my little ones and their cousins really love it! Dining area and restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Easy access off M-55, right off 127 as well.
I was not very happy with this place. Our fries were hard and cold. Yet we had to pull forward and wait for her to bring it out. The young lady who waited on us was very rude. No thank you,curtious,friendly type of attitude AT ALL. I paid with a 100 dollar bill and was just handed my change folded,not counted back or even SAID how much I was getting back. The ONLY reason I'm giving a #2 rating is because my chicken sandwich was hot and made correctly.
Usually have great experience at BK, and rarely leave poor reviews. Fast food is a tough business, although I've seen it done right at several locations. On this visit, female out of uniform and no hair restraint was in the kitchen, debris all over the floor, very in personal employees and long wait for the food. May not be the norm, first time at this location in a long time. The Harrison location sets the bar for the best BK ever, so it may be unfair to critique this location against the absolute best.
I thought I would give this Burger King location another try and have a nice hot whopper Junior, but what I got instead was a cold barely lukewarm burger that tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for who knows how long. The fries were not much better. They were barely warm as well. It’s a shame when someone expects hot food that is freshly cooked and instead get something else prepared like an hour or so ahead of time to beat the rush. White rush! There wasn’t anybody else there! So why prepare food that far in advance. I hope in the future that they cook food to order as it comes in.
The food was good but the place was filthy. The tray would stick to your hand and the tables were sticky black with dirt when I washed it before we ate. I used my hand sanitizer. They need more help bad. Hope we don't get sick with towmain poisoning.
Not only was my order wrong today, as usual, it was burnt. My buddy's order tasted like it had been sitting in a bin getting dried out and they just tossed it in the microwave. I used to frequent this restaurant a lot during my work days, now I wouldn't even suggest feeding their food to your pet, let alone human consumption.
Of all the many fast-food restaurants in the area, I have always preferred Burger King. Their burgers are cooked over a flame, rather than fried, and I think they taste better as a result. Also, they changed their french fries a while back and I really like the thicker cut fries better than the shoestring fries.
Worst B.K I have ever been to the staff goofing off, loud crazy music,tables are filthy.... Where is the manager when all this is happening? Not to mention we order and after getting our food the guy never mentioned a better deal after figuring out my receipt to save us money our meal for two people came to $16!!!! a Med whopper meal and two plain cheese burgers w/just cheese, a medium fry and small drink when I happen to see on the window 2 cheese burgers,1 small fry and a small drink for $3.49 won't be coming back...
