You can't make this up!!! This is by far the worst BK I have ever ate at the employees are as rude as they can get. Just threw food on a tray for dine in, the cashier had a nasty attitude and what got me extremely mad is they took fries off the heat light and mixed them in with fresh fries!!! They wear absolute NO hair nets or gloves when handling the customers there food! They touched my fries bare hand and refuse to give me new ones!!! If I could rate a zero I definitely would of!!! Won't be going to back there at all! I will take my business else where I don't deserve the attitudes and the unsanitary environment
After asking about an item multiple times in the drive thru, I was told that what I had asked was correct, and then upon getting my food, I only received half the meal deal. Was told I had to pay extra for the "double" item for a new meal. They are fast during lunch as long as people in their cars don't pull up and then eye the menu for 5 mins trying to figure out what they want. It's Burger King people, not a 5 star restaurant....
Hornell is a relatively big town, almost a small city, and as a result it has limited fast food franchises. Burger King is one you can easily find. As far as Burger Kings go, this is better than the ones you find on the big cities. Those are usually dirty with rude, disinterested staff. This isn't the case here. As a result, the items on the menu taste much better because they actually take time to prepare them and the place is far cleaner. The atmosphere is also nicer. However, my only nitpick is the restroom. The temperature there feels below zero.

On lunch break went to Burger King placed my order got to the window put my mask on and paid for my food. As the associate passed me my drink she coughed hysterically with a 20 mins break to get back down the road I had to go into the restaurant, ask to speck with a manger and explained if there employee is going to be dealing with food and coughing like that mask or not she needs to be home. It’s Unsanitary with everything that is going on and this is why I usually go into restaurants or fast food places to make my order. I no longer wanted the order I had and requested a new order
I like burger King & the food was great but if the Jr gets any smaller, you might have to call it a slide instead!
Not even going to lie idk if it was just me. But I got 2 whooper jrs yesterday and they were horrible. Fries soggy I just can't with bk anymore. Sorry guys.
