I specifically asked this employee, are the fries fresh and he states yes” when I get home they are reheated and taste like grease smh this is the second time. Hence why I asked him in the beginning right after I ordered. Should not sell reheated fries.
Very HIP business model, ample space, working TV with LOCAL NEWS; plenty of team members, All with smiles ready to take orders; NO KIOSK....SWEET!
18 August 2023 I’ve been to this Burger King before and I had nothing to complain, but had a weird mess up I had ordered a spicy bk Royal crispy chicken meal and received a chicken folded in a tortilla it was so weird mind you it was 2 in the morning now I don’t know if it was because they ran out of buns or why they decided to give my meal like this, but I paid for the complete meal and didn’t receive the thing I ordered I would’ve preferred them canceling my order if that was the case.
The order was correct. The food was hot . All around, better than McDonald's, that I was yesterday.
Wow, I never came here because I was expecting it to be just like the Naranja BK... but, boy was I wrong, this place looks so much better. And now its open 24/7!?!?! Great job. will be back soon.
Fantastic service at "drive through" after closing; however, bring to mind that only credit card purchases are accepted from 2 a.m. ...🚬😎🌑🎷🍤🥩🍟🍺🥃
I travel to this Burger King since the one in Florida City is always closed in the inside and their drive thru is ridiculously long. I always ask for my food to be made fresh and they never complain. They have a group of homeless people who visit everyday to use the wifi and probably need a cool place to chill. They don't bother anyone. I like that the staff doesn't harass them like some places do. I have been coming to this Burger King since I was a kid. It is really spacious inside. They remodeled it nice. My next visit I will take pictures of my food and upload them.
Foods good but service sucked. 2 female employees at window very rude. What happened to customer service?
