Very clean and very affordable. One of the few places you can get an affordable lunch that is actually good. The staff is friendly even tho they need help. They still get you your food in a timely manner and they're very kind.
Drive through only. Was walking and told to order outside the window where the ground was sticky from spills. Tried to make friendly conversation as the place was dead and the worker never cracked a smile. He put my tots in the bag upside down and showed no interest in anything. Several good items were out of stock.
It was a horrible experience. I'm Celiac (wheat free) and order a whopper without the bun. I have never encountered an experience like this one. We went through the drive-up and when handed our bag of food we pulled into a parking spot to eat. I found my order wrapped in paper. When I opened it, it was a disastrous mess. It was a pile of lettuce, onions, pickles and tomato.....and NO HAMBURGER. There were also no utensils to eat this. My husband walked up to the window and told the server. He took the pile of stuff and the kitchen put a hamburger on top of the mess. The next hurdle was trying to eat this mess. I had to pick up everything with my fingers. Apparently no one there has experienced trying to eat a whopper the way it was served. Disgusting! Get your act together. You give Burger King a bad name!

Waited in the drive thru where someone began talking then stopped despite me trying to order. Dine-in was locked. Ended up with nothing but wasted time and gas.
At Charlotte Airport. Burger was old. Bun was dry & had 2 bottoms to it. You'd think it would have been fresher considering how busy it was. Worst BK ever. Waste of $$.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. It is so refreshing to receive service with a smile. The food was fresh and put together very nicely. It is a high standard here that I wish existed at other establishments.
