Just don’t eat here. Sorry we ordered around 10 pm. I think everything was cooked at 10 am. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. True story. Fries were terrible grandsons nugget could have been used in a sling shot to take out a bear. Sorry so negative but it was terrible we gave them another chance it just gets worse.
There was nobody in the parking lot, that should’ve been a sign to start with, but I did not make a smart decision. Only two people working on a Sunday during lunchtime. Did get the food at a reasonable time, but the chicken sandwich was so old and disgusting that I could not eat more than a couple of bites. The french fries have been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. They were crusty, stale, and definitely not fresh. I was only passing through, but on my next trip, definitely will not be using this Burger King.
This place deserves zero stars and in reality should be shut down! Sat and waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order and finally went inside and asked how long my order was gonna be and the person that was at the window couldn’t even remember what order was mine! Then he goes oh you had the really big order (that wasn’t big at all) and hands me two bags so who knows how long it had been sitting there! Get home and find that every single thing on my order wasn’t edible because it was all so old! The nuggets couldn’t even be bitten through because they were so old! The fries were old and disgusting! Even the onion rings were bad and those are supposed to be cooked when they are ordered! Filed complaint thru the app and called the store and get excuses on both sides! The store wants me to come in and have them recook the food for us! Ya no thanks! Given this place way too many chances! It’s time to call the health department! What’s worse is I DoorDash there and when you have to go at night you don’t even know who’s working because a bunch of employees are standing outside smoking god knows what and not one person is in uniform! It’s really gross watching them come in from smoking and go right to handling food! No hand washing at all! A lot of them I wonder if they even know what soap and water is!
Their burgers were good as usual but I go there for the fries and it was a BIG let down because their usually crispy on the outside and soft on the inside fries, looked and tasted like wilted left over fries. I'm sure they were cooked beforehand, instead of waiting until an order is placed. Sure hope they get it fixed so we can continue to enjoy those tasty fries we've become so used to. Otherwise, the cashier was cheerful and polite.
I have never eaten at this location before because I tend to avoid Burger King because of many bad reviews I’ve heard about it; but tonight I decided to give it a chance. The food was not bad, but the employee running the last window was so unprofessional is was unbelievable. First, she didn’t say a single thing to me, and failed to mention the store must’ve been out of ice because my drink didn’t come with ice. She didn’t give me a straw, and on top of that was slamming the window shut every time she opened it, including when I left. I doordash here quite often, and every time I have been served my this employee, she makes me not want to come back.
I have given this place three chances. Each time has taken me nearly an hour to get my food, 2 of the 3 times they have forgotten part of my order (and after waiting that long, who wants to do it again to get your order right?), and each time I've woken up partway through the night with the most horrific stomach pain and needing to rush to the bathroom. It's nice that it's open 24 hours, but as abominable as it all is, I think I'd rather just wait until morning.
Loved the man working the window. He made it seem like he was happy to be there. I'm happy they are open 24/7 I work late nights and I'm hungry lol.
Hard stale bun. Ordered, and was charged an extra $1.80 for cheese one one burger and they didn't even add it. This place has gone downhill the last few years. I hope I don't get sick
