The food was just ok. Burger was cold on the Whoppers. We deleted two items on our Whoppers and asked for extra on two others. They charged for the "extras". Hey, wheres my credit for the onions and mayo that I had you leave off?? Restaurant was surprising quiet for a Friday at lunchtime. That should have been a clue. Whopper shown is extra lettuce and pickles, no onions or mayo. Staff was friendly.

Management might want to have friendlier people on your late night shift people were there 09/10/23 for a doordash at 11 and the 2 employees there were being real rude cussing and flipping off hanging out the front door while children no more then the age of 6 when they left their doordash app on. Instead of being a**** who hate their life they could of very well handled it differently to those people

I ordered a whopper jr no pickles no cheese and a small fry. Had to wait 15 mins but I was the only one there inside and out ordering. They gave me a whippet jr with pickles and cheese. Girl was nice but had her back pressed against the window so I couldn’t see anything going on. Also playing on her phone. Went back through and they said no problem they’d fix it. Had to wait another 10 mins behind 2 cars and they still didn’t make my food yet. When I got to the window a guy quickly shoved 2 bags at me and I refused them telling him I was waiting for a whopper jr. Finally they yelled the order to the cook who started making it. Guy then handed me the bag super slow and barely reached out his arm. No idea why. Sandwich was totally ice cold. They didn’t even warm the meat. Also my fries are now cold since they were barely warm when I got them and I had to mess around with them for 20 mins or so. I will not be back. I knew there must be a reason this location always looks deserted and now I know. Supervisor or district manager or something needs to swoop in and get this place under control. This is far from the only bad review and I would think of the manager was able to handle it the issues would have been fixed by now. However the messed up food, playing on the phones, and deserted location remains the same. Waste of $8 and my time. At least the girls working seemed nice but kind of childish goofing off and singing

Worst Burger King I've ever had. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they were hard dried up little sticks that I couldn't eat. Chicken sandwich was about the same. Fries were okay but they weren't crispy like they are supposed to be. Took forever to get through the drive thru line. Won't go there again

It's clear why there's never any cars at this place. After passing it hundreds of times, I finally gave it another chance today and was totally disappointed. Used drive thru for take home and of course fou d out the order was totally wrong when I got hone. Hereafter I will check my order while still at the window - but it won't be from here. From my own 40 years in retail: "Customers don't get mad - they just don't come back!"

I ordered a fish sandwich with out tartar sauce. I got it with sauce. We already had to wait for our meal so I used napkins to wipe it off. People can read or follow directions.

Waste of time, literally. When I first pulled up I spent 5 minutes waiting for one singular person to order. Not entirely out of the ordinary. When it was my turn to order the process went off without a hitch. Then the actual issue was obvious once I was able to see what was happening. The car ahead of me apparently knew the guy working. They talked for a little while before the guy took payment so he "appeared" to be doing his job. About 10 minutes go past and the entire time they were talking her order was right in front of him, so he wasn't waiting for the order to show up. It was already present. If you want to talk to your friend go inside instead of holding me hostage behind you. I'm not willing to waste 15 minutes at an establishment I'm not actively inside of let alone at the selfish whims of someone else. Waste your time else where, literally.

Food came out good, but the cashier was on her phone watching YouTube the entire time me and all my coworkers were ordering or food.
