This place wants your business, and they prove it. They are fast and very friendly. A very nice gentleman names Allen was working the front counter. He was friendly and did his job very well. We came here after getting ignored at one of the new local restaurants, and wished we had just come here in the first place.
Breakfast is good the people during the breakfast shift are always very friendly and I never have any problems with them. If I could rate it for breakfast id give them a 4 star for a fastfood rating. Now I typically avoid this establishment for dinner and is why they get only 3 stars. The food order is rarely correct. And the evening employees are a little rough around the edges. And I am hesitant to say this but theres one individual who's finger tips look perminatly staind from nicotine I just have a hard time seeing that and then want to eat anything from there. "To be clear this wasnt a one or two time thing"
My husband and I have eaten at Berger king since has worked at one in New Orleans in 1968. These burgers at Guntersville Alabama matched the way they use to taste back then. Most we eat now are dry and not much toppings. Great shout out to them great staff
There was only 2 guys working last nite 5/21/23, around 8pm we came in they were busy with drive thru orders , but we got our order in and for as busy as they were our order was great , all 4 meals were right and served rather quick . I don't remember their names but both men were kind , and courteous and went out of their way to make our visit great. Burger King has my business from now on. Thanks guys . You are the best.
I really do enjoy the food service I get at the Guntersville BK. Everyone in there is friendly and respectful. They do get very overwhelmed from the rush sometimes and may forget things but they always make it right in the end.
Ordered double cheeseburger asked them to add lettuce tomato onion and whopper sauce , which the did. It was excellent . Only thing is way too expensive for fast food ! $23 fir 2 meals and dessert
Everytime I have been lately they are really short handed, they usually only have 3 or 4 people working, I haven't had to wait that long on my food, and its always hot, and always made right, You guys do a great job
Very friendly staff. Fast and efficient. Our orders are always correct with extra effort put into them.
