I've checked out reviews on this place and all I can say is absolutely true...You do not want to go to this establishment ....people want a pay check but don't want to work for it...stay at the drive through for an extended long period of time...Each employee that works there acts as though they don't really want to be there. I actually watch them loose customers because they got tired of waiting in to have their order taken...Really don't expect this business to stay open very long
We ordered 2 bacon kings, a whopper and a chicken sandwich with 3 large fries and 2 cheese sticks. We got our order thru drive thru, took 30 mins to get HALF of the order. Checked and went back in for the chicken sandwich and whopper... Chicken sandwich was waiting to be bagged still and the whopper wasnt even made yet. Got home and one of the bacon kings is missing a patty, cheese and has 2 small pieces of bacon and both bacon kings have burnt edges. Unless they changed how many patties are in it in the last month. This is horrible. Normmally i enjoy this burger king. Not now
I had to repeat my order to the guy in the drive threw twice. Waited at the window to pay. My sandwich was made wrong so I went in to get it fixed and the girl behind the counter had to tell the sandwitch maker to re make the sandwich twice . I asked for my money back and it took almost 5 minutes to get my money back!! Do no recommend!! Worst customer service ever!! Also, not a single person could manage to put a smile on their face!!
This location "misses" all the time. Even compared to other fast food these days. Don't go after 9pm, they start "closing" ahead of midnight and can't make many items. Tonight at 10:50 (1hr10 before close) they couldn't make an Impossible Whopper because the grill was closed. Other time - no drinks. Other time - can only make small fries, no med/large Worth the drive to Highland honestly.
Stop here to go in dining room and the door says they were open at 6 a.m. door was locked and employee staring at me from behind the counter. No sign stating the dining room was closed. I have a truck and was unable to go through the drive-thru. If dining room is unavailable there should be a sign saying so. not a good way to do business. Obviously won't be back here
The night crew at this burger king is ridiculous, they completely messed up my order didn’t give me a refund nor did they fix the order and had me sitting in the line for over 30 minutes when there was only 3 cars! When I tried to reorder they said they were no longer taking orders! I can’t express how I’m never coming back to this burger king. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!
The wait is ridiculous.. all they do is play around in there instead of making sure their customers get their food fast... childish behavior
Went to go get me a whopper around 10pm . There were 2 workers there I seen through the front before pulling around to the drive thru . Once I got to the speaker no one was available & no one responded . The closes time is 12am . The lights were on & everything . They just close early on their own time . Smh .
