Went by earlier today, probably around 1:30. Staff was very welcoming, acted like they wanted you there. There was an error in order caught after I got where I was going and manager was great. I went by after 5:00 to pick up what was left off and the staff there were NOT amenable at all. Didn't greet me, not one of them even smiled. Manager came out, said the previous manager told him what happened after I asked and he took care of it but threw away my receipt. When I asked for it, I waited for several minutes and never got it. So if you go go before 5. Wish I could remember the manager and the person that helped me earlier. They were great! Difference between night and day between them and the staff there now.

This place is terrible I ordered food here and the service was awful. When I received my food I was missing 2 whole meals and an order of nuggets.I went through the drive thru, the employee handed my food and as I was checking she asked what I was waiting on I said the rest of my order mind you she is the one taking the order. She proceeded to speak with her other associate and started handing my food out the window not in bags I asked if she could put it in bags because all of that was not going to fit in bag. She caught an attitude took off her headset and said I’m not talking anymore orders they can get it how they get it . Wow, right In addition to that the food was awful and mind you all of us that order have been sick. The nuggets (fiery) looked like they were re dropped x3

Well, my last review at this establishment wasn't a good one. simply bcz I felt like the workers at the time were being lazy, and for that, I truly apologize for being inconsiderate. When you're understaffed and overworked, some days are better than others. Even though my last trip, my order was wrong, it was not a big deal cause I didn't realize it until 45 minutes later. 🙃 The service was well , good. The drive thru attendant was very pleasant and bless her heart looked very tired 😫 I smiled and told her thank u for my order in which she gave me the prettiest smile back with a thank you as well. I really appreciated that. So BK on Expressway... Keep doing what you do!!

Most of the employees here are rude but the young lady who has been working the window lately is really awesome and polite. The food is not good. Honestly go to Taylor street.

Typical Burger King. Ordered ahead, and food was hot and fresh when I arrived a few minutes later. The new Melt sandwiches are a little smaller than you might expect, but very tasty, and reasonably priced. Onion rings and my Oreo milkshake rounded out my meal very nicely.

We ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and they honestly weren't good. Tasted like dog food smells. We threw them out. The onion rings were okay but can't expect much from minced onion onion rings. My brother got the fish sandwich. It was burnt and looked like a hockey puck. He took two bites and threw it away. The fries were warm and just okay. The Hershey pies (2) were good but a child's portion. We really enjoyed the sprite and root beer, though. The service was okay. Not friendly, by any means but did their job. No extra effort was made though The food was served up super fast and made me think they gave us reheated leftovers from the day before. I worked at the Smith St. Jonesboro GA BK in high school. It was the place kids wanted to work and there was a wonderful working environment created by super tough but fair and caring management. They ran a tight ship and every employee understood that if customers weren't treated top notch, food hot and fresh and made to order, bathrooms and the dining areas cleaned every hour and checked every 30 minutes, vwe wouldn't have that job long. There was pride in our jobs and our managers took pride in us, encouraging us with a "great job". When a customer walked through the doors they were greeted with "Welcome to Burger King! (Smiles) How nay I help you"? I looked forward to going to my job after school and enjoyed working on weekends. We were hard working teenagers who understood the importance of great customer service and proudly serving great food. I don't recognize this new and drastically unimproved BK. As a matter of fact, there are only 2 fast food restaurants id recommend today. Any Chick-fil-A, anywhere and the Del Taco in Griffin, GA How sad that you've taken an iconic restaurant like Burger King and turned it into a pathetic dive. Demand more from your employees and you'll see improvements. Go back to serving the great food choices from the late 70s and 80s and treating customers like they really matter. Employees don't care about their customers or the quality of food they serve because management doesn't demand anything more than a warm body to show up. Management doesn't care because you.....Corporate.... don't care. You should all take pride in serving others and each other. If you did, it wouldn't take long before you see the results of simply applying good old fashioned work ethic, 5 star customer service and awesome food. #goodbyebk #weknewyouwhen

It had been a while since I had been to BK so I went inside to take a look at their whole menu, they weren't busy. There was a new guy taking our order - I say new because he couldn't find their main advertised burger on their order register. A cook came up to help and they finally found it. He got the order placed correctly. After getting drinks and waiting a while, they called up another man to give him his food. He looks in the bag and tells them that's not his order. So they assumed it was ours. We get the bag. It wasn't ours either. We give it back. We wait some more. We finally get our bag and look at the food. Husbands "Melt" was supposed to be toasted, but was inside out - toasted part was on the inside, white white soft bread on the outside. Manager showed up and watched the sandwich being made again. We finally got our food and left. They kept the receipt so we couldn't do the survey. But didn't matter. We won't be back for a long, long time. If this is how they are when they're not busy, I'd hate to see it when they are. Food tasted ok. Fries got cold waiting. Nothing offered for the inconvenience. But again, we won't be coming back - plenty of other places to eat in the area.

THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! The staff in this location are very under educated on what their store offers. I went through the drive thru for breakfast and tried to order an ultimate breakfast platter. They stated that they didn't have any pancakes....I told them that's fine just do the platter without the pancakes (they then asked if I wanted just the croissant). WHAT??? To make this short I ended up with bacon and hash-browns for a platter that should have had pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage and hash-browns. AND HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME FOR THE ENTIRE PLATTER!!!
