We got a whooper,fries,and 2 double cheese burgers, fries. I always get the double cheese burgers when I eat at a burger king. Well, I got home with the food started eating and crunch something crunchy was in my burgers. So stopped eating opened the bun the burgers were like they had been setting out all day long .so took the food back asked for the manager and she responded very quickly made new food with her employee in the kitchen. This food should have never been served to anyone this was not a good dission on the workers part. hope she gets this straight with the employees.
I ordered a double whopper without the bread. I asked at the window if they had put lettuce, tomato, onion on the burger and I was told that they had. I’m so sick of spending money at places where the people making the food don’t care. What’s crazy is a few weeks ago, I ordered the same thing and it was perfect. Not to mention, the gentleman who walked outside to smoke a cigarette where the entire drive thru line could see him. Just close up, Burger King.
Google is saying that this restaurant is open at 630am this is my third visit on my way to work and there's no service the two employees that are inside are ignoring customers don't even have the decency to acknowledge that we are here. I will not be back to this location it is a waste of time. Hire people that will open your restaurant on time
Sunday, September 3 went to Burger King to pick up breakfast. The Internet says they open at 6:30 when I got there and waited for a while. The lady that was inside said they did not open till 7 o’clock so I went to McDonald’s and got breakfast. Burger King needs to post the correct hours on their Internet. I gave him a one star because I had no service no food no nothing.
This is the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. We order from the drive thru. We had to separate our own food. The onion rings were cold, so I took the onion rings back in. One manager was sitting in the booth on her phone. The second manager was leaning up against the fry station on her phone. I was there a good 3 or 4 minutes before the manager in the booth yelled across the restaurant calling the girls name and the girl yells what as rude as can be. She didn't even care that I was standing there. So she walks over and I asked for fresh onion rings. There was no I apologize for that or I'm sorry let me make you fresh ones. The manager stays in the booth for a while talking on the phone. I had to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes for onion rings. When I finally got the food there was nothing. I said have a good night and the lady walked away. The employees at night really do not want to be there and the sad part it shows how they treat customers.
I eat here all the time because of the close proximity to work. Food has always been good quality. The cookies are delicious. The accuracy of the order has improved over the last year. They are pretty courteous and friendly. And fairly fast most of the time.
Nice, clean and modern interior. Staff friendly. This Burger King has slushy flavors coke and strawberry Fanta as a self serve. Also a newer soda machine with very many flavors of coke products.
Rude service at the drive through and got my order wrong along with chicken of fries. I always try to give this burger king many chances but after going there multiple times and giving too many benefits of the doubt, I have to finally give this 1 star review.
