I was show my kid how to use coupons. It is important to take advantage of all discount. The service was normal, the store is clean without trash around. I parked in front of the store where there are many trees. I was please. Food was good…
So I'm in the drive thru to order my food. I waited for a minute or two then I said hellooo, NOTHING! So I waited then I once again said helloooo. Then this voice YELLED YO!! I'M COMING!!!!!! Scared me to DEATH!!! WOW! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD!! OF COURSE I JUST LEFT! He screamed so loud you just can't imagine. I guess they were short staffed, but there is no excuse.
Every time I go to this location I regret it.. Wait 14 mins for the food, then drive off to find out I got the wrong order. The guy with the single earring clearly has issues. Should not be in customer service.. I pray I’m never in a situation where I have to go here again.. Friends in the area also have similar problems with this location.
So came thru the drive thru tonight on 6/9/23 @7:30. Let me just say the gentlemen taking my order super polite and great job taking my order. We had one issue with our order. Walked it back in they totally agreed that they goofed and were VERY quick to fix it. Had past experiences here that were not good but tonights crew were on point. Keep this group of workers employeed pls. Thanks!
Never go to this terrible location. You're better off starving to death due to terrible customer service. Then after waiting forever to order you'll wait forever to receive your order. Better check your order before pulling off because mkst likely someone with no fingers threw your food together and placed it in a bag. Close this location down asap. Put up a Chick-fil-A
Worst Burger King ever, I’m already not a fan but we’ve been sitting in this drive through for 30 minutes before the worker inside tells us that they ran out of chicken. Then it took 15 additional minutes for our new order to come out. No pep in anyone’s step, no apology and no way I’ll ever go back to another BK. Ignorant people and bad food.
