I visited this location and the cashier/drive-through attendant was not in her best mode I requested and soecial ingredient in my food she did not even made sure the food was serve right, now I remembered why I stopped buying food from this specific location, very bad customer service due the lack of employees I hope they get more people willing to work.
Time for this burger King to be shut down. Don't bother, they don't want any buisness in person or thru the drive thru. Speak to you as an inconvenience when you've been standing for several minutes at the counter waiting for service listening to the woman in the front complain about co-workers. Their problems are not the customers issue nor should the customers be spoken to as if their buisness isn't wanted or needed. Unbelievably unprofessional, The owners and Manger of this establishment should seriously rethink their hiring practices. Don't waste your time, if your not Door Dash, they don't want your buisness.
The worst place to buy food don’t go there manager was rude
Called once about an order, put on hold and forgotten. Called the next day and argued with Gloria (manager) about how I should have Called Back, report it through DoorDash (even though the issue was at the store level, not the delivery), and told my order was fine because one of their ingredients couldn't be overcooked. Hmm.. not the best experience.
They decided to park in the drive through preventing customers from being able to visit this location.
Sat in drive thur for half a hour because they had no one in the kitchen because they were having a manager’s meeting. There is no way out after u get in line. No food and late for appointment
terrible, waited at drive thru for 15 mins to finally get to window to be told were busy so we are closing we arent serving food anymore... at 7pm with about 6 cars in line behind me
Just went through the drive thru tonight and the service was amazing! Super friendly gal at the drive thru 👍👍
