When I went through the drive thru, it took them 10 minutes to move the line so that I could get up to the speaker. Then another 15 minutes after I got my order taken and finally got to my window and cashed out to even get my food. The fries were soggy and the bun was slightly under toasted and smothered in grease from the burger as I got a number 4 mean large size. The only thing that was worth getting was the drink. No one was all that friendly, didn’t really pay attention to when I needed to ask for sauce. I’m quite disappointed. I thought they were better than this.
Ordered a whopper with ketchup only. But when i got it everything on it. Do these people actually listen to what you say? Because this is not the first time this has happened. The dinning room is always closed. Rude and careless people work here. It's like the owners ,managers and employees don't care anymore.
Best hot and fresh food from burger King in a while. Manager was right on top of orders and customers needs. Other Burger King places could learn something from this sight. 👍
The food was pretty good. You could tell it was made fresh, and I got serviced right as I walked up to the counter. This is a good location.

Food was good. Fries were cold, but when we asked for fresh ones, we were given them. Took one star away because it took us 10 minutes to get our food. From the time on our receipt to the time we got our food was 10 minutes and that is really unacceptable. Part 2: visited this same Burger King approximately 3 weeks ago and received HORRIBLE customer service from a shift manager working the night shift. Instead of reviewing it I called the store manager the next day because I felt it was something that needed to be addressed. The store manager apologized and said he was going to handle it and send me something for my bad experience. If I get very bad service from an eatery, and they send me free meal coupons, I will generally give them another chance. However, this terrible offer will not get me to patronize your establishment ever again.
After a long hectic day of work, I went to this specific Burger King , ordering the meal was fairly quick , this wasn’t the issue though. I specifically told the drive through rep. No pickles no tomatoes, then they make me wait about 20 minutes waiting outside because they had about 3 cars that we’re waiting in front of me. Never the less I decide I’ll wait. He comes out with my to go bag and reads out the order to me. I say thank you and head home, when I get home the food was literally cold and there was like a handful of pickles and about 2 slices of tomatoes. Now normally I wouldn’t do this because I too had worked a fast food restaurant and I know from first hand how crazy it can get. But what boils my blood is that the manager was just standing there putting stickers on the bags , if they are undermanned they need to pay more so that people can actually go and apply , no wonder is hard to compete with McDonalds when they are paying 13 dollars an hour . But seriously Burger King you could do better.
Food was promptly brought out and was good. Only few things id say made my visit iffy were the flys all over the building constantly every where i went along with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Would recommend doing some deep cleaning instead of just maybe sweeping.
