I have never had complaints from this place. Yes I have had to wait for food but sometimes patience is necessary in the world. We get so caught up with the grind that we forget that there are other human beings that are trying to do the best they can. I suggest going to eat here. It is worth it just be patient.
This Burger King use to be very popular and had the best food for a fast food place in town. Recently, they have been very short handed, have extremely long wait times. Food comes out warm but not hot even when told it's fresh. It's ok if you aren't in a hurry to stop by, but make sure you have 5-10 minutes.
Get all the way home sandwiches completely wrong again ordered 2 Italian chicken sandwiches the wrapping even had IT on it for Italian and they were both bacon swiss chicken
Came inside the store was cleaner than I've ever seen it. The service was fast and friendly and the food was hot. I don't know what difference you all have made with the place but it's a lot better than what it was a few months ago keep it up and thank you all.
I’ve been waiting for 20mins. I was told to pull up in a parking spot to wait but there weren’t any spots to pull into. There was a female worker outside on the phone crying saying she’s about to quit because she doesn’t know whose food is who’s. She seemed very distressed. I’m currently waiting on my food rn at 6:25pm on 8-16-23
hands down, the best restaurant in Glasgow, they have a store manager who cares and it shows, the lead by example mentality shows because the crew bust their butts to make hot fresh food in a clean restaurant. Its a crew that takes pride in their work. The ones who like to do a fake review bomb with one star just because they stole money that was meant for a worker with cancer and are no longer there need to get a life.
I was told to wait at the side door for my food which was one sandwich and one fry. I waited 10 minutes before going in. Im pregnant and its 80 degrees which is why i chose the drive thru. We had already wasted half of my boyfriend's break and when i finally went in, and the workers blamed me for being at the wrong door. They said I should have just pulled forward. I said I was instructed to go to the side door which apparently the side door is on the front of the building. I've always went to the door on the side in the past without issue. They were insistent on blaming the customer. Awful service!!! Not to mention the fries were inedible because there was so much salt.
The girl that was doing front counter tonight you could tell she was pissed her mouth was purker up like she had a lemon in her mouth she was rude and you could tell she did not want to be there so i ask her if she was pissed and she replied i want to go home this was the worst experience i had with burger king it will be a long time before im back there my fries was cold my whoppers was just thrown together like it didnt matter the manager had to keep hollering for the guys to come make my burgers i wont be back for a long time bad experience
