I had my first Impossible burger at this location. Being a vegan at the time, I was so happy to try a plant-based burger. It was delicious. It had been so long since I had a burger I was thrilled I could not taste a difference. My biggest problem with the Impossible Burger is the price. I could not believe how much a simple combo meal cost. The drive-thru at this location is tricky & slow. Because it's the only one in that area of Rockville it gets a lot of business. I decided to go inside so I could get pics & faster service. I am still a McDonald's fries girl but overall I was satisfied with my meal. I recommend purchasing Impossible meat and making your own burger at home to save money. how much
Made mobile order for pickup in advance. Arrived about ten minutes later, the order was still in packing. The black coffee was warm as usual. Two breakfast biscuits were within standard. The hash browns were crispy as expected. This Burger King shares the building with two other shops - the Ripieno's Italian Bistro and the Jo Jo's.
Location at Shady Grove has changed considerably. Now it's a 3 restaurant in one. I haven't tried other 2 but I'm willing to do it soon👍
They ordering machines for the drive through were not working. We drove up to the window, and the girl who could not speak English walked away when we told her we had more items to order. She just looked at us. My husband asked her if it would be better to come inside (because she was so inept she didn’t put the order in.) the manager needs to work with these ppl… and quite frankly, you might want to loose your manager if this sort of behavior is acceptable. I can tell you the ppl behind us left. It wouldn’t surprise me if they turned off the ordering system, as they wouldn’t have to work as much.,
I have lived in Rockville area for 10+ years and go to this Burger King location maybe once a year. Every time I go I am reminded why I stop coming back with the horrible customer experience and rude workers. Just had an interaction with one of the female Hispanic cashier in the drive through. I spend $15 dollars and pick up my order. As she is getting my food she asks if I want any sauce? I say yes, can I please have a ranch and honey mustard. She closes my bag up and hands it to me and closes the window on me. I look in the bag for the sauces and don’t see any and wait in my car till she opens the window again. I tell her she didn’t give me any sauces and she said I’d have to pay extra now, so I’m like okay no problem hand her the money and ask why did you ask me if I wanted sauce if you were going to charge me extra? She says have a good evening and I tell her that doesn’t make any sense that all of a sudden you are now charging me for extra sauce, she couldn’t come up with an answer and keeps saying have a good evening, have a good evening. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location I always have a problem with the workers, food, and just horrible service.
Nice location. Seems to be redone. Everyone was genuinely friendly. The prices went up and are too high for me to return to a fast food burger. Every extra topping is $1-2 more and my meal came out to $16. It was good, but not as good as some of the other places charging this amount.
This Burger King is actually a food court with 2 other restaurants inside...weird. The Burger King is newly remodeled with NO tap to pay features. No Apple/ Google pay!!! It's 2023
Hey everybody, the burger king at gaithersburg just got a major makeover. Not only is it bigger, there are also two other restaurants added to this place, Ripieno's Italian bistro and Jojo's. And at these restaurants, you can order submarine sandwiches, pizza, grilled 🐔, filet mignon and have a salad 🥗 at jojo's salad bar. They even replaced the old seating area with dining room seats. So if you want to have lunch or dinner at burger king, you gotta go to this one in gaithersburg. This place is awesome!!
