They usually get my order right which is a great thing. Always friendly and prices still reasonable. Not liking that they all have to tell you to have a blessed day. Good day or great day is more appropriate.

Isn't it nice when you visit a restaurant & the employees are nice, instead of acting like you're bothering them? Service Friday night 09-08-2023 was exceptional (drive-thru). The guy was so friendly & present in the moment. It was really appreciated. Our food, was really bad though, onions rings were not cooked long enough, meat on burgers wasn't cooked long enough. This BK location rarely disappoints us, but the food was off tonight. This doesn't mean we won't stop eating from here, due to the previous positive experiences.

Stopped in here alittle after 10:30 to grab a quick lunch and was unpleasantly surprised by the state of this burger king. Mens bathroom was filthy and had dead cockroaches on the floor. The floor and surfaces of the lobby were filthy as well. Judging by the how dried and old they were, this appeared to have been left over from the night before, which explains the bug problem and tells me this is clearly a management issue. the staff however was very nice and attentive. So to recap, the changes this store needs are: 1: a DEEP cleaning 2: an exterminator needs to visit ASAP for the roach infestation 3: a health inspection is clearly overdue 4: fix the leaking roof. 5: a change or retraining of management So if you value cleanliness and an absence of roaches, I would avoid this place for now.

I usually stop at BK in Piedmont, but today I was in Gadsden so I pulled into BK. I was third line at the drive through, and the person who was ordering kept gesturing and talking, over and over. Sometimes she would stick her head out the window, talk and talk and gesture, then disappear back into the car. After several moments, the cycle would begin again. Good grief, I thought at the drive-thru you're just supposed to pick something off the menu and pay, not direct a symphony of some sort. Eventually, and I mean after several minutes, that person finally pulled ahead to the main window. Finally the second person in line was now next, but the poor lady sat there and sat there and sat there, and sat there! I could see her sitting there but she wasn't talking; she was just patiently waiting for several minutes. Behind me one car after another started to pile up behind us with no relief insight. After quite some time, which is totally unacceptable for a fast food outfit, I just couldn't wait any longer. I could have gone to waffle house and ordered an omelet by this time. I finally pulled out of the line despite being second and as I swung around I was surprised to see how many people had actually piled up behind me trying to get their own fast food. Anyway I left and never got my food. I don't suspect I won't be going to the Gadsden Burger King anytime soon.

I don't eat here very often. I just came off a 3year Gluten-free diet and I'm kinda into fitness but if you would like to see me eat something from the menu in my birthday suit just message me on onlyfans inqbus_raw

Worst visit I've ever had through drive-thru. First off, the line was wrapped around tailing the highway. We ended up getting to the speaker around 8am. Arrived in line around 7:30am. Woman over the speaker was rude as hell. Could hear her huff and puff after every question we asked about the items on the menu. Got smart with us when we asked if dine in was open instead of having to wait another 15 minutes to get to window. Claimed there was a leak in the roof (because it was raining today) and that it was causing problems with dine in and order times. Finally we get to the window around 8:10am. Get our coffee and two orange juices and 2 croissant meals just to find the coffee was luke warm and actually tasted like yesterday's coffee. Was absolutely terrible. We will never go back to this Burger King for breakfast ever again. We give it a 1 star for service and a 2 star for taste. Bk needs to offer more than just pork products for breakfast meats. Some of us do not eat pork, and it would be nice to be able to order a turkey egg and cheese or chicken egg and cheese croissant. You can do better.

Place used to be decent. But was there Saturday and it was so nasty my wife and I almost lost our appetite. Seats tables and floor was dirty. Missing ceiling tiles. Under staffed.

We sat in line at the drive thru for over 30 minutes and there were only a few cars in line. The dining room was closed. I think the person taking orders was also working in the kitchen. They were probably short staffed.
