This was by far a wonderful experience for a fastfood place and could be given 5 stars. That being said when I went to this particular BK, I was greeted by very friendly workers. So I struck up a conversation with them and they were great, very helpful, generous, and friendly. They even let me try the Impossible burger which I had never tasted before, not a fan (as someone who eats meat) I'll say it wasn't the worst thing either, but it was really nice of them to give me one out of pure curiosity. Hardly anyone in the building, so we chatted and had a nice time laughing. They were telling me stories of how they go above and beyond for customers needs, they told me a story how a husband came through the drive thru and stated his wife was pregnant and was craving a specific sauce, so they filled a small bag of that sauce and give it to the husband to give to his wife during her pregnancy cravings. This particular BK has a playground attached to it but unfortunately it's closed due to something being cracked and they stated a work order was created and they are waiting for it to be repaired.
I stood there for 5 minutes while my husband used the bathroom and the workers completely ignored me. I just stood there waiting till my hubby came out and stand beside me for the guy took our order. Gave me hard Luke warm onion rings . I ordered a Large they gave me a small/med . Do better burger king
The store has hard-working employees, but they run these employees on a skeleton crew so even though it may not seem too busy, there’s two people doing every job, so there is a weight at times longer than usual, unfortunately. With a little more guidance and the proper amount of employees, this Burger King have so much room to grow and now that their play land is open I’m sure you can book birthday parties and all kinds of stuff. These kids have been waiting for at least three years to get back in that playground. The wait is over children. 😁
Fries were soggy, the drink was unidentifiable other than as being liquid and the cheeseburger wasn't' hot enough to melt the cheese. Not the first time my food was like that. You would think I would learn.
What a wonderful service… I went there to pick up for doordash but a bunch of old ladies (workers I presume) shouted “CLOSED” in the most rude tone several times. When I got back to my car one of the ladies flicked me off and shouted vulgar language. Definitely needs new management!
The employee taking my order kinda could have been friendlier. It was close to closing time so I figured she had a ruff day. Unfortunately if you work in fast food you are expected to be friendly to customers. I can at least say that the food was extremely fresh and tasty.
The food was very good. The fries were hot and freshly made. The Whopper was the best we've had in a long time. The workers were friendly. It was a great lunch break while we were traveling.
Waited in line at drive thru for atleast 10-15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. It took them 3 minutes to acknowledge I was waiting to order. Do better Burger King!
