The service was bad because the guys working the window or a couple beers short of a ordered a large frying at a half a container full told him everybody in the car for people all needed sweet and sour sauce and they gave us three

Had repeated poor service here by the day staff. The night crew is awesome and is always on point, but whoever runs the day crew basically lets these poorly trained highschoolers just do/say whatever they want. Examples; 1: Spent around 29 minutes stuck in their drivethru during a weekday lunch rush. When asked what the holdup was, they stated "We are waiting on fries." Asking if the machine was broken or being cleaned, they said "No, just waiting for them to cook."(French fries take exactly 4 minutes to go from frozen to salted...) Was told "We have a timer in your car, youve only been here for 19 min(still a wildly unacceptable amount of time)". Explained that id placed my order 19 min ago, been stuck in the drivethrough longer. Was told to stop being rude and to leave them alone. They had already taken my payment, or idve just left. 2: Just watched a (admittedly Karen-adjacent) woman get kicked out of the lobby for attempting to inform the daytime manager about an altercation between two employees the night previous. According to the day manager, describing one of the employees by their apparent nationality(nothing rude, just "she looked mexican") is racist, and "they dont serve racist customers here". Simply rediculous, considering there is literally nothing else unique to describe them by, being as they are all highschoolers, all wearing the same uniform, and all unwilling to give their names... Sure, idve said "hispanic", but that is offensive to some people from Mexico, so... The night crew is totally awesome though, and if I could split my rating by time of day, id give 4.5 stars to the night crew and a 1 to the day crew. Daytime management needs to figure out how to... manage. Its impressively bad.

World's slowest drive-thru. They close the lobby at 9:30 or 10:00 and it literally takes 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru employees seem stressed and unhappy. Whole place has a very messy vibe.

Came here for the new bk crunch wrap or something late at night look healthy and it was good loved it

delicious italian crispy chicken burger & fries. they even had the option of sweet & sour sauce for the dipping sauce.

We were on the road so of course we needed to use the restroom. My daughter went on ahead and was still standing at the counter when we went in. The bathrooms were locked and no one was at the front. The girl at the drive through completely ignored us. Finally, the kid who worked the front counter came out of the restroom and unlocked them. The restrooms were atrocious. The lobby was filthy. The three employees I saw seemed disheartened. The burgers were hot and tasted fine though.

Went through the drive through. Got a TX whopper with onion rings and large drink, also a #1 with cheese and bacon, mozzarella cheese sticks and large drink, and an 8 piece chicken nugget. Both burgers where cold, no ketchup and no cheese or bacon on either. No dipping sauces and a medium drink that we asked to be fixed. Got fries instead of onion rings. One soda is flat and like they need to change the syrup. Would not give me a receipt. Second time this is happened. If you're out of stuff let customers know. Instead of taking money and making it so the customer can't follow up with a company review via the receipt.$32 for cold food not as ordered and flat sodas. Go across the st to their competitor. At least the fries will be hot!

Got 2 breakfast sandwiches, they were both cold. You can see the cheese isn't melted and I'm missing part of my egg. I wonder if the microwave was broken...
