One of the only drive thru's our family has been thru in quite some time that gets the order right THE FIRST TIME!!! and our food is ALWAYS hot & fresh!! Plus it's cheaper than McDonald's any more so that's a win in my book!!!

Onion rings with no onions and cold leftover burger in sloppy bun. I remember in the 80s it was fresh veggies and the best grilled burger out there. Won’t be going back! Fort dodge

So clean for being so busy. Great staff & glad they were there! The BK in our tired closed & we drove 2hr. The onion rings were cooked long & my sandwich didn't have cheese, but I think the hard working staff was a bit overwhelmed after a non-stop night. We'll be back!

Best fast food place, the workers are kind & friendly. Always serve fresh food in timely manner I recommend going here over any other BK place in waterloo

The food is much better than it was a year ago.

The "Impossible Whopper" was AWESOME! And I made it a "double" -- with another pattie! But most important was BRYCE, the employee who helped me with my meal order: He was so friendly and patient in answering my questions, making sure I got what I wanted; you know, "Have it your way," "Special orders don't upset us" . . . right down to the milk -- I wanted chocolate milk so he made it chocolate by adding chocolate syrup to it! And I even got a senior citizen discount on my meal! So I highly recommend this restaurant -- it definitely works with customers to satisfy them! -- Ian 🙂

Service was great as well as the food. Will visit again.

Wouldn’t go to fort dodge one, it is nasty and the mangers are just disrespectful to their customers and their employees Julie and Sara are the mangers, mind you Sara is Julie’s daughter. Burger King you should find better mangers!! Why do you think you can’t keep employees at that one? I would rate it for Zero stars if it were an option. I’ve witnessed multiple times, Julie (GM) telling the customers “sorry, this is my first day” when they would ask for a manager. Located in Fort Dodge, IA
