I'll give it to them, service has improved with wait times getting shorter. They always are open when their hours say their open. Food has always been good too.
Super friendly staff ALWAYS, food is always great. One time I got a flat tire. The manager literally come outside with a phone book ready to help me find some help. AND DID!
My cousin got his food didn't check his bag until he got home. There was a different person at the window.. However when my cousin got home to eat he looked in to the bag and the napkins was put in like trash. The person didn't not put it in the normal way they supposed to be. We are very disappointed because it literally look like trash in the bag on top of his food. We saw it as poor customer service the main people be to the window when you pick up food put the napkins in right.. I have a cousin that work there and I will be talking to her because this person whom look knew did not put them napkins in the proper way!
Extremely slow service. GM running a very chaotic shift. Worst service ever. A shift manager/GM should never have them self locked in drive-through unable to help with anyone. Probably the worst ran fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen and it’s managements fault. GM barking orders instead of training and leading her team. I’m not one to usually have too many issues but having been a assistant GM for years. I know a poorly ran shift and I know when there’s a lack of Leadership
This restaurant is probably the most unorganized establishment that I have ever encountered. Top management needs to step in and retrain the management!
Rude service Nasty old grease food Wrong order every time
Poor service and we had ask for a chocolate milkshake with whip cream but yesterday they did not tell us they had whip cream they just gave it to us but now today they say today when we got the same thing they said they no longer have whip cream and I had even pay for the whip cream yesterday
Went into this location sometime before 9:35am (I only knew this b/c I checked the weather on my phone after I got in line, thus I saw the time). Took until 9:48 before they took my order. Did not get my order so I could get going until 10:33. Totally RIDICULOUS. Such slow service that 2 customers WHO HAD ALREADY ORDERED AND PAID walked out WITHOUT getting their meals b/c they were so frustrated. I love BK, but if this had been my first BK experience, I would never go into a BK ever again.
