I hate to rate Burger King should correct the employee about service mean so rude, I’m a new customer trying to order and even also wait almost to 10 minutes instead of try to understand what’s my order is cut me off while I’m not finishing my order. Rush to cut me off wow I don’t know how new customers have been treated that way. Just need food seem like very difficult now day. I think no matter customer not good in ordering should never be treat like that, that so discriminate by saying don’t understand everything what I said how can pretend like someone don’t know English and don’t get what they said. How about about people didn’t speak English well they can’t order and keep saying I don’t understand I’m so confused???? I think as a customer I have more patience than employees. I know it’s busy but I had experience that should not happen to someone else. Should not raises the voice and pretend like not understand too bad we’re not dump too smart in the wrong way.

The point of having a screen is to display the order for the customer to ensure it's accurate. If you're not going to use it, then why even bother? The people who work at fast food windows are rock-stupid and can't take an order worth a damn, AT LEAST teach them to operate the screen so I don't end up going all the way home only to unwrap something completely different from what I ordered.

First time doing a mobile order and they had it ready so fast. I went in as my order was being bagged up and told the super nice girl with red hair that I forgot to add cheese to my whopper and she had it fixed instantly. I felt comfortable walking in and was soo happy with how nice everyone was. Y'all have a great crew on, today

I think I'm all set with Burger King ... their prices have become absolutely ridiculous. I got the "Your Way Meal" for $5 which features a burger, small fry, nuggets, and a small drink. My father got the 2 for $6 sandwich deal... no problems there but then my father got a side small fry and a small drink that was more than both meals... like what's going on? A side small fry being almost $5 when it's $5 to get that meal deal with that and more is absolutely ridiculous. Seriously BK, this is foolish.

Came in for dinner with my children. It was a nice day so we walked here. While dining in my daughters had to use the bathroom. DISGUSTING!!!!! And it smelled like urine before you even walked in. Open the door and there was pee all over the toilet..all over the floor. I didn't allow them to use it. We sat down to eat and what mess. Dining room was a disaster. I know restaurants get busy. I work for one but my place always makes sure we clean and wipe things down. Even when we are short staffed. I work for Papa Gino's which is pretty busy itself. We went to get our soda... no ice. All sticky. Soda was all watered down. And it's not even that busy. I will never go back!!!!

Love the fact that is was super clean. The bathroom even smelled good. The manager was helping out to take out order and the person that got my order was super nice. Fully recomend!!!!

Had to pick up an order for Doordash was ignored by the staff for over 10 minutes. When you look at the customer waiting at the counter and turn your back on them several times and walk away, you're ignoring them. The order was already completed and waiting for pickup. You're not the only ones that have a job today. Very rude and disrespectful.

The place looks great! Very clean inside. The staff had great customer service. Got my order fast & my food was hot & delish! Will be coming back!
