Menu kept flipping to new pages when I was trying to order, so annoying. I don't have the f¥€
The lady at the register did all she could do to avoid the waiting customers. She didn't take new orders while the others were being prepped. She finally came to take me order, she just stood there.... She finally asked what I wanted. I said big bk fish, and she looked puzzled.....she said feeesh really loud. It was embarrassing. She needs an attitude adjustment. It was yesterday, Thursday the 23rd right around 11.
Food is often fresh and hot at the fairhaven restaurant, clean too. Trust me DONT go to the tarkiln hill location, it’s the absolute worst in every category and you WILL be disappointed 😔 😫
This has to be the qorst BK I have ever gone to!! The food is never hot never fresh and service is always horrible! Everytime we try and see if there is a change for the better nope still rhe same horrible and tonight was the same! The food was cold, old, and service was horrible!!
Just sat in line for 15min "for fresh fries" fries are cold ..missing the sauce i asked for ..was asked to pull over and sat there for 10min. To get the wrong order ..i eat here alot and seem to always get something wrong..sad because its the only bk anywhere near me
Never again! Got my clearly placed order wrong and then belittled me in front of customers. A whopper with cheese and nuggets with sweet and sour sauce! How hard is it? Didn’t give me the cheese or the sweet and sour sauce, then I got lectured for it! Go to McDonald’s, they figure it out every time.
Poor management! Placed my order 30 minutes ago and still waiting... definitely not having it my way
The staff, especially managers Liz and Sandy, were excellent in resolving my issue and were wonderful representatives of your business. Even though it was late and I could see they were trying to resolve another unrelated issue when I went in, they still took the time and care to treat me with professionalism and respect. My order was delivered fast, well made, and was delicious. I just wanted to make sure the people they work for knew what a good team they have. Store # 4932 in Fairhaven, MA.
